From your private second-floor lanai, you may find yourself content to simply relax and take in the ever-changing coastal scenery, or step down to the beach and explore the miles of sugary white sand our island is famous for. While Fort Myers Beach offers endless activities and entertainment, the beauty and tranquility right outside your door may be reason enough to stay put.

The condo is styled in soothing neutral tones with tasteful furnishings, creating a calm, elegant space designed to appeal to even the most discerning travelers. The living room features a SmartTV with DirectTV programming, and a full wall of sliding glass doors that frame stunning views of Big Carlos Pass and the Gulf. Step out onto the fully screened lanai, furnished with seating for four—perfect for soaking up the views on those truly lazy days.

The dining area offers seating for four at the table and a pass-through bar that opens to the kitchen, where you'll find an additional bistro table that seats two. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, full-size stainless steel appliances, and cookware, dinnerware, and many kitchen tools/small appliances you should need during your stay - including a Keurig coffee maker.

The split floor plan offers privacy for guests with the primary suite located at the back of the condo, enjoying the endless water views and the guest bedroom at the front of the condo, looking toward the island. Both bedrooms have beds made for your arrival with provided linens, ceiling fans, and Smart TV's with DirectTV programming.

The primary bedroom has king bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the lanai, allowing you to slip out of bed early in the morning or late at night and experience the incredible view and sound of rolling waves as they come ashore.

The guest bedroom has a pair of twin beds and is located next to the guest bathroom with a full-size tub/shower combination.

Additional conveniences include an in-unit stackable washer and dryer, free unlimited WiFi, keyless entry, beach gear and bed linens, bath, beach and kitchen towels provided.

Community Amenities:

Set right on the sand, this beachfront community offers a heated pool, sun loungers, shaded seating, and a tiki hut with a shared BBQ for relaxed outdoor dining.

There is one assigned parking spot with addtional guest parking on a first come-first serve basis.

When you’re ready to explore beyond the beach, take a drive up the island to enjoy local bars and restaurants, many featuring daily live music. Fort Myers Beach also offers seasonal farmers markets, grocery and convenience stores, souvenir shopping, sunset cruises, fishing charters, water sports rentals, and even day trips to Key West aboard the Key West Express. Head south to Lovers Key State Park or continue on to Bonita Springs, Naples, and beyond.

This is a combination of the actual cleaning/housekeeping fee, modest booking fee, and state & local taxes, and not the cleaning fee exclusively.
 
Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89. 
 
Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to itemize these fees on their site which is why we'd like to explain what otherwise appears to be an excessive cleaning fee expense.
