Centrally located in beautiful Coral Ridge on a quiet neighborhood minutes to the beach, golf, kayaks & paddle board rental, restaurants, bars, Galleria Shopping Mall, Coral Ridge Shoppes, local attractions. From the front, as you enter the house you are greeted by the foyer, dining room and living room. From the plush couch you can stream your favorite movies and shows on the SmartTV flat screen. The dining area sits eight (8) guests.

Before the living room to the right is the entrance to the hallway finding the bathroom and bedroom #3 with a Queen bed equipped with SmartTV, bedroom #4 with a Full bed and sea green accent chair, and at the end of the hallway find the Den / family room equipped with SmartTVs. It has 2 sets of French double doors accessing the pool, terrace and BBQ area.

Passing the dining table to the left, you will find the entrance to bedroom #2 with a Queen bed and private bathroom. Equipped with a SmartTV, bench and a beautiful blue velvet accent chair excellent for reading. To the left of the living room is a foyer with a white leather bench and the entrance to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with two countertop stools to facilitate a quick breakfast or to simply chat while prepping meals. The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware, glassware, bakeware, pots & pan, dishes, glasses, flatware and includes appliances like drip and K-cup coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, toaster, etc. even with teal color plastic pool cups, tea jar & tray. The game room is equipped with a boxing bag, a kick boxing stand bag, a ping pong table and a basketball, so family members can enjoy playing hoop while others workout (basketball hoop is in the driveway). The laundry is equipped with full sized washer and dryer. The foyer has a beautiful mid-century modern leather chair, throw, book shelfs and accent mirror. Is a little nook to enjoy a peaceful reading and me-time.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, two nightstands, two table lamps, a dresser, a gray leather bench, SmartTV, ensuite shower bathroom with double counter top sinks, walk-in closet, beautiful decor and plants to make you feel at paradise and the double French doors provide direct access to the pool and a magnificent view of the pool cascade!
