Pelican Landing is a great place to stay. The house is located so close to the beach and has everything you need to feel at home. We appreciated the pet friendly house and beautiful backyard. The house was cleaned perfectly and allowed for easy check in and out.

This location and condo met the needs of guests aged 18 to 85. All bedrooms are upstairs, but the handrail and stairs were fine for my elderly parents. We also brought our old dog, who loved walking along the paved path behind the condo. The house is located just a few minutes by car from downtown.

This unit is everything we were told it would be. Top of the line furnishings and all appliances in good working order. The remodeled bathroom is very nice. The beach is just across the street and many fine restaurants close by if you’re not up to cooking in a kitchen that has everything you would need. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

We loved our stay at Ocean Pearl. The condo was everything they described. Enjoyed many hours on the deck reading , watching & listening to the waves. Easy access to the beach & restaurants. Plenty of room for all of us. Any questions we had were immediately responded to. Would definitely stay here again. So glad we found it!!!
