This property is located just 3.5 miles from Beaver Creek and 9 miles from Vail Resort, so getting to the slopes in the winter is just a short drive away. For the more adventurous guest, the ECO transit bus stop is approximately one half mile away, just about a 10 minute walk.
This beautiful multi level duplex home has a wonderful open floor plan bringing the great room, kitchen and dining rooms together with access to a spacious covered deck equipped with a gas grill. The living room is complete with a 40” flat screen TV/DVD, wood burning fireplace and game table for your enjoyment and opens to the fully equipped kitchen and dining table that seats 6 guests and a half bath is accessible down just a few stairs near the garage entrance.
The master bedroom is on the upper most level of the home and is furnished with a king bed, 40” flat screen TV, private balcony and en suite bath. Bedroom 2, located midlevel upstairs, features a queen bed and 40” flat screen TV and en suite bath. Located on the lowest level, you’ll find a the laundry closet and bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 is equipped with 2 twin over twin bunk beds, 42” flat screen TV/DVD and a large en suite bath. The perfect getaway for the kids.
