Warm woods, muted pastels, white-framed doors and windows create a charming, relaxed atmosphere at Wave Watcher. You will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable, the living area features a flat screen Smart TV, cozy couch and fireplace. Step out on the deck to the large hot tub for relaxing after a day of beach-combing. Two cozy bedrooms allow for privacy each with their own baths – one with king bed and Smart TV, the other offers a queen bed. A fully equipped queen sleeper sofa adds another bed, if needed.

It’s all about the beach at Wave Watcher! The ocean breeze in your face, morning coffee on the deck, long walks on the beach, afternoons exploring, relaxing on the deck or in the hot tub, reading that best seller…….whatever the reason you came to the Oregon Coast, you will enjoy Wave Watcher in the Bella Beach Community!

If accommodations are needed for more, the upper home “Whale’s Tale” accommodates 8 allowing accommodations for 14 total. Please consider reserving “Whale’s Tale and Wave Watcher” together. Only need accommodations for 4-6 more consider “Glimmering Sands” a similar unit to Wave Watcher – both waterfront condos accommodating 4-6.

*Please be aware there is no smoking permitted in or on the property, this includes the deck.*

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

*IMPORTANT* NO commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Areas in the Bella Beach community.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1  Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
2  All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
3  No glitter or confetti is to be used or dispersed on the property. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees of at least $300.00 at a minimum.
4  The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the advertised number stated on the listing.
5  Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6  If Pets are allowed on Property a $100 per pet fee is required. Let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can send a $100 request per pet. Please pick up after your pets. If feces are left behind an extra charge of $50 applied clean up. If it is marked as "No pets" this policy must be observed and pets are not allowed on premises.
7  Smoking is not allowed in the unit. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
8  Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9  Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the rental vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of the state or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10  There shall be no noise that can be heard outside the home between the hours of 10pm - 7am. If noise is an issue, you will get a written warning text message to the number that booked the reservation and/or a phone call. If noise does not stop, you will be fined up to $300 or possibly evicted immediately.
11  Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 
12. Commercial use of the property, including filming, is prohibited unless approved with a signed location release form. Any unauthorized filming for commercial use will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.  Depending on severity if there is a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to at a minimum issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal. 

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
 
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

Perfect family reunion

We first rented the Wale's Tale, which is the beautiful home 2 floors above the Wave Watcher. We then realized we needed more bedrooms. So we added this little gem, directly below, which has 2 bedrooms. It was delightful, and had everything we could possibly need , including a hot tub right on the ocean, as the Wale's Tale has! This is the perfect spot for long walks on the beach, and a relaxing hot tub when you get back.We will stay here again for sure and we highly recommend it. Thank you for the best vacation ever.

This is one of the nicest appointed rental units I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean and the bed was amazing. We had a few glitches, but they were immediately fixed with ITrip - so much better than Airbnb or Vrbo - A few suggestions - *Better instructions on how to use the TVs for the technically challenged (like me) *back up hot tub chemicals and towels *Light switch at the top of the stairs (we arrived after dark and it was a bit dicey getting down the stairs in the dark and rain).

This was my second time at this property and 25th summer at Bella Beach. The no hassle, easy check-in and checkout process that itrip offers is amazing. There were no issues with the property and it was six days of soaking up the ocean view with easy access to the beach. Great customer service. Love this place and will book through itrip again.

The property is wonderful. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the view completely unobstructed. The kitchen was stocked pretty decently, the bedrooms having their own baths was great. I was able to have my fur friend with me and she loved it too! It is clean and nicely furnished. Can't say enough good things.

What an awesome property this turned out to be for us! The gorgeous views, the hot tub, the gas fireplace, all the comforts of home! I am sure we will come back again. We had no issues with our stay, and really enjoyed how peaceful and serene it was. And, Gracie's Sea Hag Restaurant is a must!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had on the coast. Easy and non contact entry. The home was clean, updated and everything worked well. The hot tub is on the deck over looking the ocean. We actually booked the unit across as well and it worked so nicely for a group. We celebrated a 45th Bday and just felt like we landed the best option on Bella Beach. Nice community, would stay again w out hesitation.

Really enjoyed the stay - beautiful view, sound of sea all the time. Very tidy and clean. Close to the beach which is absolutely beautiful. Everything worked well. We enjoyed the hot tub and the bbq.

There were 5 of us. The home was bright and airy. You can hear the waves all day and night with the windows or doors open and it's wonderful! All the beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on! The fireplace is wonderful too. The refrigerator is big. There was a tea kettle and coffee grounds. Plenty of silverware and plates/cups. The large dining room table is great for all our pizza. Drinks and snacks! The recliners were very comfy too. The bathroom off each bedroom is very nice. I would definitely stay again!

"Bella" Beach Beauty

Our dog's name is Bella, so of course, how could we go wrong picking this location??? We have stayed many different places on the Oregon Coast from Rockaway to Lincoln City to Glen Eden beach and down in Bannon as well. Pirate Coffee Co. is one of my favorite roasters, just south of this destination in Depoe Bay. WELL....... WE WERE NOT LET DOWN AT ALL! This experience gets placed at the top of our list as the best community, area, location to stay on the Oregon Coast. Just a short flight of well built and sturdy stairs and your toes are sifting through that which they have been missing since your last visit to the soft stuff. Of course the unit we chose had to be right in front facing the beach with a deck, a hot tub in the fresh sea breeze and the kind of views that are typically only found in brochures. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit had everything we needed for a 3 night stay for 4 of us, 2 of which were celebrating birthdays. Well appointed, clean, simple yet elegant, functional. The interior designers on this one really made the best use for the space. I don't have anything negative to say about our stay other than to make a couple maintenance suggestions. 1-the sliding door lock is not the easiest. It's possible but don't just close the door, put the latch up and walk away, double check triple check that the lock engaged. 2-great little grill that is portable for grilling while gazing at the crashing waves needs to have the lid hinge looked at. At this point there is only one screw/bolt out of 4 holding the lid on. I was really worried one time lifting the lid that the whole thing was just going to come off and go crashing to the pavement. ...oh, and yes, to point out again as in previous reviews, watch where you set your towels out to dry. When you get checked in and are standing on your deck admiring your incredible view, take the time to orient yourself with where the hot tub is located on the deck above yours, it'll come in handy later when the occupants, and there will be occupants, get out of the tub with a bit of water as well, which will be dripping on you and your drying clothes/towels in short order. Just a heads up....ENJOY :)
