You'll sleep comfortably in this unit's spacious master bedroom with spectacular ocean views complete with King size bed, 46" flat screen TV, private bath w/ jet tub and separate walk-in shower with handheld shower head along with a large dressing room, which includes vast storage space. The guest bedroom suite offers two twin bunk beds with a private bath w/walk-in shower and sliding pocket door for additional privacy. Two more guests can be accommodated using the living room sleeper sofa (Unit sleeps a total of 8 people), which opens into a Full-size bed. Large living space also features large sliding glass doors with access to your private balcony with high-top patio furniture to dine al fresco, a 46" flat screen TV, secure WiFi, and a dining area with a tabletop and swivel chairs for 4 people. Even the spacious, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to entertain and provide home cooked meals. Plenty of seating and eating space is provided with ocean views from the 2-seat breakfast bar. Linens and bath towels included. Laundry room is located on each floor and garage space is provided with available guest parking on site.
The complex is fully secured both front and back and is perfectly located by the Dunlawton Bridge on A1A and is a short 10 minute drive north to Daytona Beach or south to Ponce Inlet and is within walking distance to the Sunglow Pier and Crabby Joe's Restaurant and Bar! Several nearby restaurants have direct beach access and live entertainment. Numerous activities and tourist destinations are just a short drive away.
