This lovely and clean 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo is where you want to be! Enjoy the sunrise while you sip on a hot cup of Joe from its large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean or watch dolphin at play while listening to the waves crash on the quieter, No-Drive beach. Perfect for relaxation, this non-smoking, spacious condo with 1372 sq. feet (sleeps 5 with single cot) has patio doors to its large balcony from both the living room and the master bedroom. Water views from all around are visible from inside the unit with the majority of them facing the ocean including the kitchen, dining, living and master bedroom. Guest room faces the west and has views of the beautiful Halifax River.

Master bedroom has a king bed, ocean-front balcony, recliner chair, 32 inch flat screen cable TV, walk-in closet, powder station and private full bath. Guest room has 1 queen bed, 32 inch flat screen cable TV, sitting chair and private entry to its own full bathroom.

Large, fully equipped, open Kitchen with granite, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, plates, cups, crockpot, panini press, etc. Eat-at bar with 4 bar stools and a 4-top dining room table and chairs. Living Room has 2 sofas, recliner chair, 46” flat screen cable TV and entry to the ocean-front balcony. WiFi service is secure and free! Private laundry room in unit with a full size washer and dryer.

The Seychelles building is wonderfully located in Daytona Beach Shores in a quiet drive free zone making it a great location for families. Easily tote your belongings down to the beach without having to look both ways. However, the action is still nearby with the drive-on beach ramp only a couple minute car ride away and the Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joe Restaurant is just 0.7 mile away.

Many on site amenities include a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, sauna, shuffleboard and BBQ gas grill area. The entire complex is secure and is home to many full-time residents so you'll feel right at home too with the abundant of comforts and amenities this condo has to offer. Are pets allowed?

"No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on premises unless special circumstances have been made with Property Manager prior to booking.

Are there late check-outs?

  Daytona Beach
No. Late check-outs are subject to a $100 fine.

How do I obtain my keys?

  Daytona Beach
Obtaining entry/keys vary upon property, however most properties are on keyless entry. Your Property Manager will notify you prior to check-in your keyless entry code (or) how to obtain your hard keys. If you are locked out of the property for any reason other than the lock malfunctioning and need emergency assistance after business hours there will be a $125 charge to your credit card.

How old do I have to be to book?

  Daytona Beach
Tenant must be at least eightteen (18) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. Reservations are not to be made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of eightteen (18). Reservations made under 18 or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the property at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 18 (eightteen) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or home.

Is there maid service?

  Daytona Beach
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand or trash. Please report any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours. 

What if I lose the property's keys or parking perm

All keys & parking permits are to be returned upon move-out by Tenant. There will be a $75.00 charge per hard key, $100.00 charge per fob key & $100 charge per parking permit if not left in Unit or Home at check-out date or if they get lost/damaged. Property manager may make special arrangements for keys & parking permits to be returned depending on the property.

What if we have a maintenance issue?

Please report any maintenance needs to us within the first 24 hours using the given iTrip maintenance email address within your check-in procedures and we will respond as quickly as possible. Please do not email our booking department. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to down amenities including but not limited to WiFi, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, etc.

What is the number of occupancy allowed?

The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the total people stated in the Rental's Property Listing, not including a child in a crib.

What kind of parking is available?

  Daytona Beach
Parking varies upon rental property. Please abide by the Parking information provided within the Rental's Property Listing and/or Check-in Procedures otherwise you risk having your vehicle towed. Boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs must also abide by the Rental Property's Listing and/or Check-in Procedures and may not be allowed. Please verify with Property Manager before arrival if uncertain.

What supplies are provided?

The owners furnish linens and bath towels. Any lost or damaged linens could incur an additional charge. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.

Will the owner / owner's agents enter the property

Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

The pictures are very accurate on how big this condo is. So much space to really relax and enjoy yourself. The views of the ocean are amazing. This is a great condo to stay in for a beach vacation. Very easy to find and great location to food and the Dunlawton bridge to mainland.

We were very happy with this Condo! It was so great that we had a lot of storage space for hanging our clothes and shoes up. And enough dresser drawers to put our clothes. Also likes the kitchen. It w we as nice having a lot of pans, bowls and dishes. It would have been nice to have a 9x13 glass pan. Since I kept having to buy foil pans to use for cooking and baking. It would be nice to have a toaster, rather than a toaster oven. And it would take up less room on the counter. But overall, it was sooo much better than the place we booked last year. Very happy here. We were disappointed when we tried to rebook this unit it for next year for 5 weeks. It showed it wasn’t available on Feb. 4th. I had sent a message to the owner today telling him how much we liked this condo. But disappointed we couldn’t get it for next year. He informed me you can’t book 366 days before on VRBO. But that we could book through [email protected] But unfortunately we weren’t aware of that. Since this was the first time we ever booked through VRBO.

I loved staying here, the bed was comfortable and I felt right at home. The community and condo association was really nice and the pool and gym are brand new. I love this units balcony I could sleep on it!

Pool area very nice. Unit nice but needs updating.Furniture very uncomfortable with stains. Carpet stained. Multiple burned out lights. Comfy beds.

Family of 4 (2 teens) had a nice time. Condo was as pictured and being right on the beach ...without the cars....was wonderful. Space was Very roomy & clean and everyone was friendly in the building. Would recommend a bit of maintenance attention to the place and provision of beach items (chairs, umbrellas/pop up, etc. ). We did purchase a couple and left them for the next people. Also consider a second bed in the spare room. We brought an air mattress but it’s not the most comfy.
