Professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath town home, with splash pool next to the club house. Located in the Serenity section of Dream Resort. This beautiful home is conveniently located and affordably priced and just a few miles to the gates of Disney!
You will love this vacation home featuring a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area which seats 6 is conveniently located next to the kitchen and close to the nicely appointed living area. Free high speed wireless internet, free local, long distance US, Canada and Mexico phone calls! The first floor features a queen bedroom with TV and shared bath. A second floor boasts the king master suite with access to the second floor balcony to relax and enjoy the view. This bedroom also has a flat panel TV and private bath. The second bedroom on the second floor offers twin beds, one with a trundle and a flat panel TV and a private bath as well. Your family and guests will really enjoy the large TV in the living room and free wireless internet. There is also sofa sleeper on the first floor allowing this home to accommodate up to 8.
After a day at the parks, you will definitely enjoy the peace and quiet of the screened and covered Lanai which also includes a splash pool (recommend pool heat from October through May, $30/nt). Here you can relax and unwind while watching nature and the open surroundings.
Serenity/Dream is conveniently located near Disney, Golf, shopping and restaurants and a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World and water parks.

Thank you for your comments. We are wondering who you reported broken items to as we do not have record of being contacted. We have multiple contact methods so we are sorry we didn't receive your notice. We treat all homes for pests and while we are sorry you encountered a dead bug it does mean that the treatment works. If a bug comes in contact with the treatment it will die but it does not mean that our homes are not inspected, it simply means the treatment is working. You are correct, the community is in a beautiful setting with lots of nature around it which guests really like. Thank you for your comment about TV remotes, we have never had a comment about their operation previously but will consider your suggestion. Lastly, three are 2 parking places assigned to each property, again if we were notified we could have contacted the home owners association to address this. Thank you.
