Lovely condo and complex and location just a shame about several Maintenance issues with condo, however Diane, Condo Cleaner and Maintenance Man excellent. Condo owners need to sort out Maintenance issues as deeply impacted our holiday enjoyment.Hence will not return to Beautiful Clearwater or book via VRBO again as 60th Birthday utterly ruined.

6 minutes walk to the brach, 10 mns walk to the pier, a lot of bars to eat close by. The check in and check out was the best. The only thing I dislike was that the room is outdated, needs updating. Plenty of parking space.

We stay in Clearwater every year for a girls trip and this room is perfect! Within walking distance to restaurants and the beach! Lovely pool area as well! Everything is clean and well maintained! Will absolutely be returning!

Nice location within walking distance to quite a bit of things. However I followed directions as to where to place my parking pass which was in the window. Rolled the window down and BOOM there went the parking pass with it. There is a $100 charge if you lose it. It was a freak accident and I was prepared to pay the fee. BUT when I went to the office to alert the security guard and PP staff to my surprise this happens all the time. The pass has even fallen in the floors of autos and they have been towed! Staff isn’t pleased with the passes in the windows and stated they need to be placed on the dash which is where I would think you’d put it anyways. It’s obviously a problem. Do better!!

The towing company for the property sets the guidelines for the placement of the parking passes, which does not have any bearing on the quality, condition or location of the unit the guest rented. Further, we did NOT charge the guest out of a courtesy to her because as she stated, accidents happen - not sure how we could do better than that.

Everything as advertised. Close walking distance to beach, food, and stores. Free trolley stop close by if needed, but lots within walking distance. Facility itself was clean. Kids enjoyed pool area as well as the community pool and beach toys. Our first time to Clearwater, would stay again!

We had a great time staying at this location. You are literally steps from the beach. For the price and the location to the beach, I don't know how you could find a better destination. Room was adequate, pool was good, liked having the beach chairs and umbrella provided. Easy to check in, experienced zero problems while there. Great restaurant right next door, Salty's. Highly recommend a stay here.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Condo location was close to the beach and within walking distance to shops, first-rate dining and a marina. At the marina were excursions from dinner cruises, dolphin spotting, fishing and more. All easily walked. Highly recommend the unit. Swimming pool. Laundry facility and a large sun deck.

Had a great stay at Pelican point. The location to everything was very convenient! Accommodations were perfect and the bed was so very comfortable. Everyone was friendly. Would stay there again.

First time in Clearwater loved the room it was perfect for the 2 of us, pool was super clean and found lounge chairs open every day. The beach was right across the street and the restaurant next door was amazing! Definitely recommend this condo!

It was fine, The bed and pillows were good, Good Location. I was surprised there was no bath soap. I did see Hand soap, I did call and was told the cleaning crew would drop some off but never saw any. I had brought some just in case so I used it.

Unhappy with condo in Clearwater. On arrival within 30 min water was running down the wall behind a mirror onto the floor, creating a large pool of water and water running quite rapidly. It was clearly soaking into floor and underneath vinyl flooring(as you walked you could see water coming up between cracks). Obviously ruining the floors. Ceiling looked as if it had water damage. We dealt with this issue our entire stay, each day. We contacted the maintenance guy who showed up within 50 min. (It really took time away from our stay). Although he was nice he was really unable to do anything about the water as this was a major repair behind sheet rock and in ceiling. He just took pictures and since no one had brought the towels (they were supposed) to he found some. So we had to just deal with water on the floor and cleaning it up each day of our stay. We ended up contacting the maintenance guy again a few days later as it was coming down wall quickly again. Hopefully renters know?! Didn’t get any real information or idea of how to deal with the issue just told nothing he could do. Lots of videos and photos taken. Disappointed.

There was a leak in the roof which led down in between the walls and unfortunately ended up in the condo. At the time of this guest's stay, there was nothing we could do immediately to remedy the situation, but the roof of the building was fixed as soon as possible and repairs to the condo were made as well. All is well now, and we apologize for the unexpected inconvenience.
