- Parking is provided at the entrance to the house, but not in the lot area behind the house

- Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited. Tenant will be subject to an additional $500 fine for cleaning and deodorizing the home if any evidence of smoking/vaping is found.

- No pets allowed, Unauthorized pets on the premises subject the tenant to a $500 fine.

- No parties or events are allowed - small family / friend celebrations may be allowed but must inquire in advance

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (8 people) at any time
