Great condo in a great location.

The condo is directly across the street from the beach. Being right on the corner of 7th st. We were close to many of the restaurants and shops. Family of 3 stayed with plenty of space. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Had everything we needed to make dinners and eat on the patio. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Wakita Wave is flawless! My husband and I always rent vacation homes when we travel, and this gem is our new favorite, hands down! The home is immaculate, exceptionally well appointed, beautifully furnished, and the plunge pool and beachfront location cannot be beat. We are already planning our next stay. Absolutely stunning!

The Dilworth Dream Cottage is conveniently located near Interstate access, sports venues and transportation hubs plus restaurants and shops. The Cottage had all the amenities we needed for our weekend trip to Charlotte to watch the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow. Check in and check out procedures easy to follow and worked well.

Relaxation at its Best!

The house was clean and stocked with needed amenities. The management company is super responsive and even left a personal note inside the house. It was a great location for restaurants and the beach. The Florida room was a bonus. The house comfortably fit four adults. We absolutely loved staying here.

Condo wasn’t as nice this stay. Floors were dirty and we had no way to clean them. Dishes in cabinets were dirty. Mattress in double bed room were broken down/sagging. Obviously we enjoyed the condo and location but hopefully these issues can be remedied.
