-Community splash pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. *We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay.* Pool may open or close due to COVID, weather, or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed.

-Maximum Occupancy: 6 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

-No uninvited guests without permission.

iTrip NC Beaches Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

Maximum Occupancy: Each property’s maximum occupancy is stated within the Agreement and located in the Property Description; If at any given time, the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for expedited eviction will apply in addition to a fine.

No more than 4x Minors per adult

Pets are not allowed in properties that are not Pet Friendly

Appropriately named ‘Serenity’, the ocean views, while relaxing on the deck, were stunning! From the moment you enter this beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean condo, you know your stay Is going to be special. The location is very convenient. With Just a short walk along the beach, you arrive at the boardwalk where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and activities for children. This is a huge plus, especially during tourist season….not having to drive nor spending your vacation time trying to find limited parking. Our stay was absolutely perfect and I highly recommend ‘Serenity at Carolina Beach’! You won’t be disappointed!

Wow! The view is better than a painting. My husband probably got tired of me saying how beautiful the dunes, beach, and ocean were. The beach was excellent for long walks and had easy access from the condo. So many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive a few blocks. Serenity is a perfect name. We went in late September and it was so quiet, peaceful, and restful. The bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend this place.

Adorable condo that is as nice as it appears in photos. Comfortably fit four adults and two children. Great location and patio with enough chairs to enjoy the ocean view. Since we flew into Wilmington it would have been nice to have beach towels included. My experience in other beach rentals have included beach towels.

We had a great time on our vacation at Serenity. Perfect location, easy beach access, everything we needed was stocked. Beds are SO comfy! Only complaint comes from my husband who was disappointed that there wasn’t a TV in the primary bedroom. We would definitely book again!

The views from the balcony were amazing at sunrise, sunset, but throughout the day and night. The beach area was easy to access and not packed. It was nice to have beach chairs and body boards supplied. Kitchen has everything you could need. The pool is tiny, but made for meeting new people and good conversations. Location is perfect, and within walking distance to most everything, which the kiddos loved. We recommend!

Serenity was an absolute amazing condo with a fantastic view of the beach!!!! It was in the perfect location. It was about a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk and sooo many restaurants to choose from. It was far enough away that you couldn’t hear any noise. Very peaceful. Enjoyed waking up and seeing the ocean view from the master suite!!!! We will for sure be coming back!!! This condo was perfect for our family trip to Carolina Beach! We absolutely loved the beds and living room furniture. The showers had great water pressure from a rainfall shower head or handheld shower wand. The condo was equipped with the right about of products for our weekend. We were lacking 2 towels but we texted and more towels were brought immediately to us. Condo was very comfy and on the perfect floor to view the beautiful ocean.

I reserved this 2bdrm condo for my wife, dad, and his wife for us to attend a family reunion in Wilmington. Reservations for the entire family were made at a hotel in the middle of Wilmington to keep everyone together and close to the venue. My father being the patriarch at 83yrs old needed a grander accommodation from my standpoint, so I found this condo. Unfortunately, my father passed before the reunion and was not with us at checkin. It meant so much to me walk into a clean place with all new amenities and great architecture in the bedrooms. My father would have been so impressed and happy to stay there with the feeling of being so important to our family. We had a wonderful time at the reunion honoring my father and the icing on the cake was to go back to this condo and celebrate in his name with such comfort. Thank you.

Beautifully decorated and updated, clean oceanfront condo with excellent ocean views from the balcony, living room, and primary bedroom. Our main motivator for choosing Serenity was its close proximity to the boardwalk and its oceanfront location. It did not disappoint! You can tell the owners were thoughtful in their choice of decor and furniture. The sofas in the living area appeared to be brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable, although they were somewhat challenging for us to get in and out of, because of the way they're built. Otherwise, no complaints! Fantastic location for a Carolina Beach getaway!

The name says it all when you are sitting on the deck! We totally loved the condo and had a very pleasant stay!! It is beautifully decorated and fully stocked! The only problem we had was the lack of ice made by the ice maker! Other than that, we cannot complain! Thank you!

We absolutely love getting away to Carolina Beach and have done it a couple of times now, but this was our first time booking with iTrip! We had such a great time in Carolina Beach at this condo. iTrip gave us so many great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We loved Soul Flavor. This condo is super close to everything! The location, the view, everything was fantastic. The condo had what we needed and was super clean upon arrival. I have already booked my next stay here for later this year! Looking forward to it!

This is a great property in a great location and you can't beat the view! It had everything we needed to enjoy our last minute getaway. And very clean! I would stay here again, I highly recommend!
