Cape Coral is an ideal location for Southwest Florida vacationers. It's just minutes away by car from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A fisherman's paradise can be found in nearby Matlacha, Pine Island, or Bokeelia. Take the time to discover the newly revitalized River District in downtown Fort Myers. A slightly further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and lifestyles await you. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins within minutes of the Cape, and of course year round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well.

This property is 22 miles to RSW International Airport; 18 miles to Fort Myers Beach

Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.

Owner has pool cameras for insurance and security purposes. Also cameras along each side of the home.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.

Airbnb Cleaning Fee

Important note to Airbnb travel guests about the cleaning/housekeeping fee:

This is a combination of the actual cleaning/housekeeping fee, modest booking fee, and state & local taxes, and not the cleaning fee exclusively.

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89.

Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to itemize these fees on their site which is why we'd like to explain what otherwise appears to be an excessive cleaning fee expense.

The condo is in a lovely location. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores etc. The canal behind the property is wide, clean and provides a beautiful view. We did not utilize the pool but it felt warm when I put my hand in it! The house is very spacious and although the furnishings are a little outdated, they are comfortable.The main bedroom mattress was too hard for my taste, even with the egg crate topper on it. Kitchen was well stocked. There are many small notes placed on the walls with instructions on which switch operates which fan, light etc as well as some "do's and don'ts" If it were my house, I'd probably do the same. Given the fact that this house is on a canal and in Florida, this may not be surprising but there were many ant traps located around the house and we did see quite a few ants in the kitchen. Despite the few irritants listed, we would stay here again.

We (party of 3) were very pleased with our week long stay at your facility. The home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for 3 guys, though we spent most of our time at the lanai facing the sunset with the pool (the water was a little chilly, guess the solar heating was not working). The propane grill was not cleaned well, so we didn't want to use it. But overall it was a nearly perfect experience and we can recommend this place. Cheers from Austria, Wolfgang

Regarding the solar pool heat, the system is working as it should. Outdoor water temps are still affected by the air temps. Additionally, solar heat uses the sun to warm the water as it passes through the system. If there were cooler days with little to no sun exposure during your stay, that would’ve affected the temps. House is nice on the canal with a pool. It was close by a friends house so worked well for us. Floor was dirty but we were still happy to stay there.

The rental experience was easy and pleasant, Itrip Vacations staff was very responsive, respectful, and helpful. That experience set up the rest of the trip! We arrived at the house and were blown away with the cleanliness, view, amenities! The attention to detail was visible! Plenty of towels and sheets available and all clean and in great condition. The instructions were clear and easy to follow in regards to check in and checkout as well as garbage and other logistics of renting a home. I will definitely visit again! My family had a blast!

This is a very clean, lovely and comfortable home with a awesome pool. Any problems I had were addressed immediately. The AC went out while I was there and a new one was installed in 2 days. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware. However the kitchen appliances could use updating. They worked fine, but I had to make my own ice. I rented it again for next year.

We stayed at 2318 SE 6th Ave in Cape Coral from 11/20 - 11/27.We had a wonderful stay! This property worked very well for us as we visited family in Fort Myers. We will certainly plan to book with you when we next visit.That said, there are a few somewhat minor details that really deserve attention:1. The vertical blinds between the living room and the lanai do not work properly. They jam. do not align properly and have dropped a couple of blinds.2. The door from the lanai to the guest bathroom does NOT work. I don't know if it is corrosion problem or a friction problem, but I could not turn the dead-bolt.3. The screen door into the pool is so corroded that the latch does not work. I think lubrication might solve this.4. I could not find a channel guide anywhere. It would be very helpful! If possible, an Xfinity voice-activated remote may be available for free from Comcast. They are superb!5. The pool light doesn't work.6. The bread toaster is a cheap piece of **** that should be replaced.7. The pocket door from the kitchen to the laundry room is off the track.These problems in no way diminished our happiness! We were relaxed and comfortable!

A great place for vacation. Home is very clean and you find everything you need. We loved sitting on the lanai and having this nice view over the canal watching birds and fishes. Weve been renting homes all over the US for the past 14 years. This home was by far one of the top 2 properties on our favorite list. Its beautifully decorated, super clean and has everything you need for cooking, grilling and swimming. Its centrally located in Cape Coral in a quiet neighborhood and the passing canal and beautiful sunsets were a real plus. The renting experience thru iTripVacations couldnt have been easier. Huset bjuder på allt man kan önska på en semsester. Stor uppvärmd pool, fantastisk lanai. Välutrustat hus med allt du kan önska i köket (det enda vi saknade var en vass kockkniv). Tyst å välfungerande AC. Huset ligger i ett väldigt lugnt å väl underhållet område. Fantastiska solnedgångar från uteplatsen eller vardagsrummet. Vi älskade huset. "The house offers everything you could want on a semsester. Large heated pool, stunning lanai. Well equipped house with everything you could want in the kitchen (the only thing we lacked was a sharp knife). The hotel is in a very quiet and well maintained area. Fantastic sunsets from the patio or living room. We loved the house."

We would love to comment on the excellent experience we had. It was the first time we travelled out of country and into a warmer climate. Second honeymoon really after 35 years and it was wonderful. The home was spotless, the neighborhood safe, the directions direct and I cannot say enough about the welcoming environment at the house itself. I am a swimmer and so the pool was for me magical. I am sure I swam 10 time per day and night. Thank you so much and we hope we left everything in good order because we plan to go back with our two children and grandson.

We had great time in this well equipped and centrally located house in a quiet neighbourhood. Loved the solar heated pool with south/west exposure towards the canal. Any issues / questions resolved immediately. Having rented different houses in Cape Coral area for a number of years this house is recommended and will definitely be on our list if coming to Cape Coral again.

This house had everything, inside and out. Close to four beaches and really nice pool for our non beach days. You will not be disappointed in comfort or amenities. House decor is dated, but extremely clean and everything you need is very handy. We will definitely be back

We enjoyed our monthlong stay at the Canal Beauty home in Cape Coral for the month of June. The accommodations were great and the response to issues was nearly immediate...thanks to all. The only real recommendation that I feel needs to be made is that a grill of some type would be appreciated by most all renters. Beautiful house in A fabulous position by the canal. Everything We required. Comfortable. Suited our needs, with A Lovely pool the children could swin in. Furniture around the pool area to relax and have meals. In A very convenient spot. Lots of placed to visit. An excellent service. We received hjelp and answers to questions rapidly. Would recomend to friends and other family members and would definately book A house again.
