The bedrooms are on either side of the living room-kitchen, rather than right next to each other to provide privacy. The threat of kitchen envy here is very real here - tons of storage and counter space gives you room for helpers and an appreciation for how well-equipped you are! At a hair under 1000 square feet, you will not feel cramped. Each private balcony provides a great opportunity to really catch up with different members of your guest party! This property is perfect for multi-age groups...there is an elevator and it is so close to everything.

A Few Other Things:

1. The elevator goes all the way up from your blue color-coded spot in the parking garage to 10 steps from your door. No stressful marches with luggage or groceries while lost in an unfamiliar building.

2. PARKING IN YOUR BUILDING - ( No Trailers, RV's, ATV's, Boats are permitted...this is a parking garage)

We enjoyed out stay in the Condo. Great communication of how to get access to the condo. We were sent a note the night before that we could check in early without us even asking. Great location - clean condo.

We really enjoyed our Breck getaway. Really liked the condo and the location. There were a couple of things that weren’t perfect. The construction in the entrance and hallways was smelly and messy. Not sure if the condo accepts pets, but I had constant allergic reaction to something. Also, some updating is in order. These things being said, we would actually stay again.

The condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The view was amazing!!! It was an easy ski in/ski out!! I would definitely stay here again!!!

Slopeside Penthouse has beautiful views. Great location and close to the lift. Itrip was very accommodating by allowing us a late check out. But I do have a few complaints regarding the unit itself. There is no ice maker and has only 3 trays. There was no ice available on the day of our arrival. The kitchen is not stocked at all and what is there is in terrible shape. The knives would not cut butter. Not one pot holder. No bowls with lids for leftovers. Basically, this kitchen is not set up if you plan to cook at all. The chain on one of the toilets kept coming loose. Only two keys are provided. That is not enough for a unit this size.

We appreciate you taking the time for this thorough feedback! We did get back about the ice machine in the hall, however, we are definitely supplying more ice trays in the meantime. The knives, pot holder, and food saver items are all being upgraded. The Toilet Chain is fixed and now there are 4 keys for our guests.
