Fifth Bedroom - King bed on the second floor with access to large family room area and shared bathroom.

Note: Sofa in family room opens into a queen sleeper for extra guests.

Four bathrooms, one with a large jacuzzi tub and stand-up shower stall, one with a tub/shower combination, and upstairs with a large walk-in shower stall. There is a half bath near the entrance to the home.
Private family room upstairs with large TV, bar, and access to rooftop balcony which has views of Palma Sola Bay.
Pets are considered with pre-approval and pet fees. Please ask the property manager about the fee and approval.
NOTE: Please be advised that this is an older Spanish-style home with stairs, multi-level flooring, and platforms which may be difficult for the elderly, young children, or handicapped. Please use caution when entering and familiarize yourself with the multi-levels and use extra care in those areas
FULL DESCRIPTION
A large spacious 5000 SQ FT eclectic home is perfect for family vacations in a quiet upscale area of West Bradenton. Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a large living room, pool table, and dining area overlooking the private pool. The family room towards the back of the house has a cathedral ceiling, fireplace, wine cooler and large screen TV mounted on the wall. Also in the main living area is a modern eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar which is open to the dining area and contains all dishes, stemware, and basic appliances needed to enjoy meals at home. There are four bedrooms on the main floor two on each side of the home and two upstairs on the second floor. Upstairs there is a King bedroom and another Queen Bedroom that share an adjacent bathroom. Also on the second floor enjoy a family room with a TV, bar, poker table, and access to the rooftop balcony. Last but not least, you will enjoy a large private solar heated pool that has ample seating areas and a BBQ grill.
The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes from the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are also several wildlife preserves nearby, great for hiking and biking. If you would rather fish for the afternoon, there are also great spots at piers around the area. This comfortable private home is located just 4.8 miles from Bradenton Beach or Anna Maria Island Beach is just 5.9 miles away. The Shoppes of Paradise Bay plaza is just about .5 miles away and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, and a Dollar Tree store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.1 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands circle is about 30-minute drive south which is a great place for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar and casual and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the water and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in the garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick-up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Garage is not for use and is not accessible.
11—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenants to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
12—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited.
13-You agree to only operate fans in the bathroom 20 minutes before and after bath or shower.
13- Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool.
