A spacious living room has plenty of seating situated for all to view the large 48" Samsung flat-screen TV. The large corner sofa sits 5 adults easily. Spectrum cable and WiFi included. Tile flooring throughout the lower level, the Half bathroom is located off the living room so no schlepping upstairs to use the bathroom.
The carpet covers the stairs and the two queen bedrooms. The suite to the right of the stairs has a queen bed, ceiling fan, blinds, large dresser, his/her closets, and carpet It is connected to the 5 pc bathroom with soaker tup/shower combo, dual sinks, and Formica counter. The second queen bedroom has a single closet, ceiling fan, 2-night stands, and carpet flooring.
No smoking in the condo or near the screened lanai.

3—Pets are allowed with prior approval and a 200.00 pet fee. This fee will not cover damages caused by the pet.

5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the dumpster near the unit.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
