The master bedroom suite is a true oasis of relaxation, featuring a plush king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom and large closet. Two additional guest rooms provide comfortable accommodations for family or friends, ensuring everyone has their own space to retreat to. These rooms offer cozy beds and ample storage for your belongings. There is a shared guest bathroom in the hallway between guest rooms. Outside, the private dock beckons you to spend your days basking in the sun, fishing, or even launching a kayak or paddleboard to explore the river. Home does not have a working boat lift. 2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—No Pets
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycles in the bins near home or place the bins curbside if it is a garbage pick-up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited.
