Welcome to our charming home nestled in the heart of Bradenton. This home exudes character and offers a truly unique experience for your getaway. As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by the tastefully decorated living area. The perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the many parks, museums, and beaches. Sink into the sofa and cozy up for a movie on the large screen TV or gather around the dining table for a memorable meal with loved ones. The large windows in the dining room offer plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up a delicious meal using fresh, local ingredients and savor it in the charming breakfast nook overlooking a bay window or in the dining room. Through the door in the kitchen, you can head to back deck and lounge in the sun or enjoy a meal at the outdoor table overlooking the above ground pool and large backyard with plenty of palm trees for that tropical feel.

Located on the Main floor you'll find an inviting Master Bedroom King Suite complete with en-suite bathroom and its own private small living room tucked in back of the suite. You have a large screen wall mounted TV and another in the private living space, which also contains a full-size pullout sofa. (Not advertised as a bedroom as there is no closing door that separates this living space from the Master Suite) Master Suite has its own door to the backyard deck.

Also on the Main floor is a guest bedroom with a bunk bed (Full on bottom twin on top) and a guest bathroom.

Head upstairs to the spacious Guest Suite, also a King bed. Note - this suite does not have its own bathroom but does afford plenty of privacy for your guest as it is the only room upstairs.

This comfortable private home is located just 5 minutes from downtown Bradenton.  Downtown Bradenton is on the Manatee River and has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts.  The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 35-minute drive (9.6 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 35-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping.   You will also find dining options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach.  The home is centrally located to I-75 to take quick trips to Tampa or Orlando areas.

1—Please no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted.  This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance.  
2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are not allowed. 
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in the garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick-up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm.  Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
12- Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
