Step inside to an open, airy layout filled with natural light. The main living area is designed for gathering, with comfortable seating and an easy flow into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen—ideal for families or groups. The kitchen features ample counter space, and everything needed for home-cooked meals, morning coffee, or entertaining after a day in the sun. The highlight of the home- Step outside to your private screened-in pool area—your own tropical oasis with a sparking pool and plenty of space to swim and relax in addition to the covered patio for lounging or dining and fully fenced backyard for added privacy. Whether you’re enjoying morning or afternoon swims, or evening cocktails, this space is made for vacation living.

The Beachway Plaza is just a 3-minute drive (0.7 miles away) and offers a Publix grocery store and restaurants. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Bradenton River and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.
Good To Know:
Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each stay, as a well-maintained Florida property. You may notice minor cosmetic wear or natural outdoor weathering (common in humid environments), which does not affect cleanliness or comfort. If anything needs attention during your stay, just let us know- we're happy to help.
The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are also several wildlife preserves nearby, great for hiking and biking. If you would rather fish for the afternoon, there are also great spots at piers around the area.

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are welcome with prior approval from management. A paid pet fee of 200.00 plus tax. This will be requested as an additional fee after booking. No Cats.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick up day.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Front door key must be returned to lockbox at end of stay. If the key is missing you will be charged a 10.00 for duplicate key.
11—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
12—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
13- Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool.
14-You agree to only operate fans in bathroom 20 minutes before and after bath or shower.
15-Some properties have an HOA that require us to request the guests email and/or phone number to complete resort application.
16-There may be security cameras/Ring Doorbell camera, and/ or noise sensors on the property. No cameras face private living areas and noise sensors do not record any voices, just measure noise decibels.
17 - For Pool Homes- No Dogs Allowed In Pools. $300 fine for sanitation cleaning and new filter will be assessed.
