Welcome to Mandalay Lakes private gated community in Bradenton FL. Upon entering this home you are greeted with a private office/den area, a living area with a sectional sofa, and a formal dining room. The kitchen and main living area are in the rear of the home and overlooking a beautiful screen lanai with a saltwater heated pool and water views of the lake. The master bedroom is located off the living room and has a King size bed, a walk-in closet, and a large en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. The Kitchen area is open to the living room, has a dining table, and large pantry, and is fully stocked with all dishes, stemware, and appliances for making meals at home. There is a private queen bedroom on the main level off the kitchen which has access to a bathroom and private door access to the pool area. Towards the front of the home, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds which share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination between them. The bonus room on the second floor has a large sectional sofa, Desk with chair, and TV which is a perfect private area for adults or kids. There is a game room with air hocky and foosball tables to enjoy, the laundry room is between the kitchen and garage and has a full-size front-loading washer and dryer. Driveway parking available.

The main highlight of this home is the private pool which has ambient lighting around the screened-in lanai and views of the lake. The area has a comfortable seating area around a firepit, chaise lounge chairs, and a dining table with an umbrella. This is the perfect spot to lounge in the sun with cool breezes that flow from the lake. This home is like staying at your very own private five-star resort with all the comforts of home.

This home is located just 6 miles (16-minute drive) from the University Town Center Mall which is great for shopping and upscale restaurants. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is only 15 minutes away (6 miles) and downtown Sarasota is 20 minutes (9 miles). There is a Publix grocery store at Lockwood Commons that is 6 minutes away (2.6 miles) and a Walmart Neighborhood Market or Sams Club that is just 9 minutes away (3 miles). No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach, Lido Key Beach, or Bradenton Beach are all about a 30-minute drive Check out St Armand's Circle near Lido Key Beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices.

Frequently Asked Questions

1—Please no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted.  This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance.  
2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are not allowed. 
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in the garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick-up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Garage door opener is to be returned upon move-out by Tenant if provided.  There will be a $50.00 charge if lost or missing upon check-out.
11—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenants to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
12—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm.  Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited.
13- Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do you not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
14- Cameras are located at the front door and in the garage of the home.  Tampering with cameras could result in eviction.
