Pool/Jacuzzi is operated by a control box if you pay the $50.00/week fee. Pool max temp is 84 degrees and spa is 104 degrees.

Patio: Enjoy al fresco dining and entertaining under the covered patio. The outdoor dining area is equipped with a propane grill, making it easy to host BBQs and gatherings.

Frequently Asked Questions

1- PLEASE no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted. Observation of quiet hours (10p – 8a) must be observed. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance. Please be respectful.
2- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of FL or the above rules may cause tenants to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and deposits.
3- No Animals are permitted at all. If a pet is found to have been in the property, there will be a $500.00 cleaning fee. 
4 - Parking in the driveway or on the street is permitted.
5- Treat this home as if it were your own, please report damages to your host immediately. If damages are determined to be caused by tenant misuse, it may result in fees to make repairs.
6- Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed in the home and if detected there will be a $500 charge.
7- Family Rental Only -Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25. There is a camera on the boats and jet-skis only. Pool or house is NOT on camera for your privacy. Boats and Jet-skis are off-limits and no-one should touch them. If there is any damage to the boat or jet-skis, guests will be liable for 100% of the cost to fix it.
8- Sleeping Capacity/Disturbances - Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of (8) eight people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. Please inquire if more guests are needing to be accomodated.
9- Utilities - No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
10- Hold Harmless - iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconvenience, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas cable service. electricity or plumbing.
Early Check-In (ECI) OR Late Check-Outs (LCO). In some instances, we may have to charge a $35.00 fee if an ECI or LCO is requested. This requires staff to create new codes and add cleaning staff to ensure the house is ready for the next guest. We will always try to accommodate you as the guest and make your stay the best it can be. Please reach out immediately if you would like to request an ECI or LCO so we can prepare staff and update codes.
12- Garage is off limits and locked. Please inquire with the property manager for any issues or requests. If the garage is accessed and damaged, guests will be responsible for 100% of the cost to repair. or replace items 
13- Pool/Jacuzzi is operated by a control box if you pay the $50.00/week fee. Pool max temp is 84 degrees and spa is 104 degrees. 
14- The roof-top stairwell that accesses the roof is completely off-limits for everyone!
15- Stairs must be used to access the property, this property is NOT ADA accessible at the moment. 
16- AC should not be set more than 20 degrees below outside temperature to avoid unit freezing.  Upon checkout please set the temperature to 78 degrees.
17- Gas fireplace, please see laminated instructions by fireplace. Pilot light cannot constantly stay onIf pilot light is found to be left on, you will be charged for refilling propane.
18- Gas grill, please see the instruction manual for gas grill and please don't leave propane on after use. If the grill is found to be left on, you will be charged for refilling propane.
19. Trash Days are Tuesday and Friday. 
20. Pool towels are in closet of bedroom downstairs. 
21. Pool Cleaner comes on Wednesdays, please be aware he will enter backyard only.
22. When large rains occur, the street does have some flooding.
