This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront retreat offers the perfect blend of Florida relaxation, family-friendly comfort, and easy coastal living. Spend your mornings with coffee by the canal, afternoons lounging beside your private pool, and evenings grilling outdoors while the sunset reflects over the water.
Inside, guests will enjoy a bright open-concept layout with coastal décor, a spacious living room, large flat-screen TV, high-speed WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, bar seating, dining space, and all the comforts needed for a relaxing beach-area getaway.
The outdoor space is the highlight of Casa Palma Real. Enjoy a private canal-front pool, peaceful water views, outdoor dining, an electric grill, and a private dock for fishing or relaxing by the water. Guests often enjoy up close Manatee sightings! Please note- boat parking is permitted. Bumpers and ropes are not provided. Fishing poles not provided.

Pet Policy-
One small, well-behaved dog may be considered with prior approval.
Pet fee: $200 + tax
Approval must be obtained before booking.
No cats.
No dogs in the pool.
Additional Notes-
Garage is used for owner storage and is not available for guest parking.
For stays of 60 days or longer, a required mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled and a fee applies.
Linen program includes one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per guest up to the home’s maximum occupancy.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, plus two twin fold-out sleeper chairs ideal for children or extra guests

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are allowed with prior approval and a 200.00 pet fee. This will be requested as an additional fee after booking. This fee will not cover damages caused by the pet. NO DOGS IN POOL and will result in $500 fine for new filters and sanitary cleaning.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit and will result in $500 smoke remediation fine
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
12-Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do you not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
13-Some properties have an HOA that require us to request the guests email and/or phone number to complete resort application.
14-There may be security cameras/Ring Doorbell camera, and/ or noise sensors on the property. No cameras face private living areas and noise sensors do not record any voices, just measure noise decibels.
14 - For Pool Homes- No Dogs Allowed In Pools. $300 fine for sanitation cleaning and new filter will be assessed.
