Our beautiful Bonita Beach community continues to recover from recent hurricanes, and while some areas of the complex are still being refreshed, the beaches are once again stunning and easily accessible just across the street. The Gulf sparkles, the sunsets are spectacular, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere is very much alive.

Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. Tennis courts remain closed at this time, though two temporary pickleball courts are available for guests.

Located in building 3, on the 7th floor, this studio condo's lanai has a stunning, straight-on view of the Gulf of Mexico and Bonita Beach, result is Florida sunshine pouring in the windows by day, and dazzling sunsets by night. The gentle waves, and setting sun will lull you into a state of relaxation while you enjoy your time here in southwest Florida. But the luxury doesn't stop with the view - this condo has been completely remodeled and designed with nice finishes and furnishings.

The minute you open the door you will appreciate details such as ceramic wood tile flooring throughout, a custom wood Shiplap accent wall, floor to ceiling custom plantation shutters, and completely coordinated furnishings and accessories throughout.

The open floorplan boasts a completely renovated and updated kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, full tile backsplash, and upgraded, soft close cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment needed to make meal preparation and dining simple and enjoyable.

The living area includes bistro dining for 2, comfortable seating, comfortable accent chair, and a wall mounted large screen TV, with a standardd cable package. The living area opens to the lanai which features an unbelievable view of the Gulf of America.

You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed with fresh linens. There is storage provided in the full size dresser, please note, the closet is reserved for owners use only.

The spa-like bathroom has been completely renovated and upgraded with full glass and tile walk in shower, marble counter tops, and upgraded cabinetry.

The fully screened lanai has 2 chairs & side table to enjoy one of the most stunning views you could ever hope to see. Sun, water, and lush landscaping - as far as the eye can see!

Free WiFi is available throughout the unit.

Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

Bonita Beach and Tennis Club offers pickleball, 2 heated pools, BBQ grill and multiple restuarants close by, including the famous Docs beach restuarant directly across the street, 2 elevators, community "pay per load" laundry facility in buildings 1, 3, and 5 (this unit is in building 3) and is close to the sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. Close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key.

Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, watersports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; to include the condo and balcony.

Closets are restricted to owner use. Owner has provided chest of drawers and bed side table drawers for guest use.

No pets allowed.

Airbnb Cleaning Fee Question

Important note to Airbnb travel guests about the cleaning/housekeeping fee:

This is a combination of the actual cleaning/housekeeping fee, modest booking fee, and state & local taxes, and not the cleaning fee exclusively.

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89.

Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to itemize these fees on their site which is why we'd like to explain what otherwise appears to be an excessive cleaning fee expense.

We really enjoyed our stay here! I would recommend the place to a friend! Beautifully decorated, super clean, modern. Gorgeous view! Beach is very close by, in a walking distance. Had no problem walking there with 2 kids (6 and 2 yo) The only thing is the smell, must be the cleaning or disinfecting products that are used after guests, are super strong. Of course everyone appreciates the cleaning measures nowadays but it was not pleasant at all. If someone is very sensitive to the scents, highly allergic or has asthma that probably could be an issue. Other than that very nice! Thank you!

My decision to choose the Beach and Tennis Unit 3706 was a result in my short stay (Thursday thru Sunday) and location. If I had the chance I would have played tennis or pickleball but it was cold and my free time was scarce. The facility was very user friendly as is the staff. The Unit itself was awesome. Very simple, nicely decorated, comfortable and everything that you would need was there. Due to Covid I used paper plates and plastic ware and cups. However, the unit came with eating and cooking utensils. The view of the gulf is nice as well. I would highly recommend the unit for up to two people. I was there by myself.

We arrived at the apartment just in time to watch the sun set from the comfy balcony. What an perfect location for a weekend away from everyone and everything! The apartment has everything you may need to spend a week on the ocean. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella’s were available, they had a fully stocked kitchen too! We were able to make dinner at home most of the week and even celebrated the new year there! The apartment was immaculate and everything was clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment perfect for a week long visit. We were very pleased with our week, and wish we did not have to leave! Thank you so much for everything!

We loved our stay at this condo at Bonita Beach and Tennis. If I could give it more than five stars, I would. Everything was perfect and so clean! We were there for two weeks and everything we needed was right there. Close proximity to beach, pools, restaurants and stores. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach towels were provided also. The modern kitchen was just great and the walk-in shower with bench was wonderful! The property is clean and quiet with laundry facilities on the ground floor. We loved our screened lanai with views of the Gulf sunsets every evening. Golf at Spanish Wells is a short ten minute drive. The best weve stayed at in this complex by far. We want to return for sure.

This was our 4th year at this unit at Bonita Beach & Teniis Club. The unit was super clean and the decor is very very nice. We enjoy it so much that we booked it for 2 weeks next year. The location is great being so close to the beach and places to eat. Sunsets are the best.

Best location in Bonita Beach. Many attractions within walking distance. Unit is well-equipped and well appointed. itrip personnel were courteous and responsive. Only downside was that one of two the elevators in the building we were in was out of order all week. The outfit that manages the building could do better.

Perfect location! Very nicely appointed and equipped. We rented a until in the same complex last year, but it wasnt nearly as nice as this.Only a few minor things wrong: missing a hair dryer, but we bought one at CVS and were given credit. Battery cover on tv remote was broken and kept falling off, but was easily remedied with a piece of scotch tape from front desk.

My mom and I stayed here for a girl's trip in July. It was beautiful and so so clean. I am typically a neat freak and germ-a-phobe. This is the first place I have ever stayed that I felt comfortable walking around barefoot. The balcony is screened in and absolutely no bugs! We stayed during the off-season, so the beaches and roads were not busy at all. Tons of shopping within 15 minutes. I wouldn't have changed a thing. Thank you so very much for your beautiful condo and making our vacation perfect!!

The condo was in a great location - close to wonderful restaurants (go up a few miles on Bonita Beach and eat at Metro Diner - you WON'T be disappointed) and close to the beach. A few snafus were immediately corrected. The condo itself was recently remodeled and very beautiful. Enjoy your stay!
