Tucked along a Gulf-access canal just over a mile to the beach, this charming, updated one-bedroom retreat offers the perfect combination of waterfront relaxation and easy access to everything that makes Southwest Florida special!

Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a relaxing beach vacation, or a little adventure on the water, this inviting Bonita Springs escape is ready to welcome you.

Traveling With Family or Friends? This waterfront retreat occupies one side of a duplex, with its own private entrance, separate driveway, and comfortable interior living space. The adjoining residence is also available as a separate vacation rental — a wonderful option for family or friends who want to vacation together while enjoying their own accommodations. Both residences must be reserved separately and are subject to availability.

You'll also enjoy the convenience of a separate driveway and complimentary shared laundry facilities located outside, behind the right side of the building.

Guests have complimentary access to three kayaks, one canoe, and one stand-up paddleboard (SUP), all shared between the two duplex units and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your rental includes its own designated seawall tie-up - consider renting a boat locally and exploring the scenic canals and bay, with boating access to the Gulf beyond!

Whether you're canoeing, kayaking, boating, fishing, or simply enjoying quiet moments by the water, this beautiful setting invites you to slow down and savor the simpler pleasures of vacation.

Please Note:

This rental occupies one side of a duplex with 1 bedroom/1 bath, accomodating 2 guests; the adjoining residence may be occupied during your stay.

The backyard, picnic table, dock and complimentary watercraft are shared between both residences. Each unit has its own designated seawall tie-up.

The seawall tie-up accommodates boats approximately 18–22 feet long. There is no boat trailer parking on the property. Guests arranging local boat rentals should verify vessel size, draft, tidal conditions, and navigational requirements.

Complimentary shared laundry facilities are located outside, behind the right side of the building.

Guests must provide their own logins for subscriptions channels on Smart TVs.

No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas.

No pets permitted.

No parties, large gatherings, or excessive noise. Please respect the neighbors and adjoining guests.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Southwest Florida's subtropical environment is home to insects, geckos, and other native wildlife. Despite routine professional pest control, occasional sightings may occur. Their presence does not indicate that the property is unclean or untreated and is not grounds for a refund.
