This condo is located in Building 5 and offers elevated views overlooking Estero Bay with the Gulf visible to the west. While not directly Gulf-front, it provides a peaceful combination of bay scenery, tropical landscapes, and refreshing coastal breezes.

The Bonita Beach & Tennis Club community continues to see exciting enhancements. The beautifully renovated atriums and refreshed landscaping are among the property's newest improvements.

The tennis courts remain closed as the community continues its long-term redevelopment. Temporary pickleball courts are available for guest use.

Parking registration is required in accordance with community guidelines.
