The Condo:

Welcome to Wild Pines, a 105-condo community enclave within the highly acclaimed Bonita Bay community. Wild Pines offers its guests their own swimming pool, hot tub, pool house, tennis/pickle ball courts and complimentary gas grills just steps outside of the condo - all in an idyllic park-like setting. Wild Pines at Bonita Bay offers you so much more than just a vacation condo - it offers you a lifestyle you're certain to fall in love with.

Elevators take you to the 3rd floor condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeping up to 4.

You will enjoy the vaulted, open living room/dining space with comfortable furnishings, large TV with community provided Hotwire cable programing, and dining table with seating for 4. Large sliding glass doors opening to the fully screened balcony surrounded by trees, and a dining table with seating for 4.

Kitchen with full-sized appliances, stackable washer/dryer, cookware, dinnerware, drip and Keurig-style coffee maker.

Primary suite with king bed, TV with Hotwire cable, direct balcony access through sliding glass doors and ensuite bathroom walk-in shower.

Set across more than 2,400 acres, Bonita Bay is a premier gated community known for its lush nature preserves, sparkling lakes, three waterfront parks, twelve miles of walking/biking paths, and a full-service marina with a waterfront restaurant, Backwater Jacks - a favorite among the locals!

Bonita Bay’s three waterfront parks within the community — Estero Bay Park, Riverwalk Park, and Spring Creek Park — offer amenities including:

-Fitness trails

-Playgrounds

-Picnic pavilions

-BBQ grills

-Kayaks, available at Spring Creek Park on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be reserved at the North Gate.

-Guests staying 30 days or longer may bring or rent a boat. Boat slips are first-come, first-serve and require a reservation form submitted prior to arrival. Boat trailers must be stored off-property.

The newly re-opened Bonita Bay private beach club offers complimentary shuttle to and from the communiity to the beach club where you'll find lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, restaurant, bathrooms, showers - all along our beloved Gulf shoreline!

Please note during summer months of July- September, Bonita Bay implements reduced beach club operating hours and shuttle services.

This rental does not include golf or social memberships. Bonita Bay Club amenities such as golfing, dining, the Lifestyle Center, Spa, and Salon are not accessible to guests of this rentals.

The Area:

Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Just outside the gates of Bonita Bay you'll find the Promenade, with some of the area's finest dining and during season, a weekly Farmer's Market that you won't want to miss. Beyond that, you are minutes to grocery stores, coffee shops, and some of the locals' favorite shopping, restaurants, bars, shopping and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable.

Just a short distance from Bonita Bay is Florida Gulf Coast University, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva Islands; to the south is the luxurious town of Naples.

Day trips to Miami, the Florida everglades or even the ferry to Key West are must-do's during your stay, as well, if time permits!

This property is approximately 18 miles from RSW (Fort Myers) International Airport and 47 miles from PGD (Punta Gorda Airport.)
