This is our second time renting the Palms 303. The location is great. The Publix next door is nice. But remember if you walk over you have to carry it all back. The fishing was fun off the back dock. Grandkids love the pool. Nice view of the beach. The elevator is hot and slow but you just have to be patient. We will be back next year.

The iTrip staff were the best. We rented a house for 6 weeks. Any time we had an issue the staff responded within the hour. The rental house was modest yet had all the amenities needed for an excellent vacation.

This rental is beautifully fitted out with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The pool is perfect and there's even beach towels provided. These guys seriously thought of everything and were super responsive to any questions. Clean, tidy, just beautiful.

The House of Shells was the perfect getaway condo. It was located close to everything and the beaches were quite and relaxing. The condo itself was very spacious and comfortable (the hot tub was a fan favorite of our group). I 100% recommend this stay, especially for a small group like ours.

Very comfortable. Main bedroom furniture finish is in bad shape - shows lot of wear. Not enough forks knives spoons. Driving directions should be clearer: e.g. turn into Sunbow driveway. 3607 is Sandy Point II building on right across from Sunbow buildings. Love location and convenience to store and beach. Like mangrove view
