This home may feel like you are in your very own PRIVATE IDAHO however, it is close to everything Boise! 3 miles to Boise's bustling and ever growing downtown bursting with local 5-star restaurants, shops, parks, museums, the Idaho State Capitol, and more! 3.6 miles to Boise State University and "The Blue". Idaho is all about the outdoors and this home is in close proximity to ALL the offerings! Enjoy the West North End neighborhood and community parks such as Veterans Memorial Park (3 blocks/.4 miles). Bike or walk a mile via the Boise River Greenbelt or Whitewater Park Blvd to Esther Silmplot Park, Quinns Pond, + Whitewater Park. Drive or bike 2 miles to Camel's Back Park to hike or mountain bike on the numerous trails of the Boise foothills. Drive 7 miles to the top of Table Rock and enjoy spectacular views of Boise and the rest of the Treasure Valley. Drive 38 minutes to Bogus Basin - a year round destination for skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, snow tubing, mountain biking, hiking, or take a ride on Idaho's only mountain coaster. Drive 24 minutes to Lucky Peak Lake/Reservoir and enjoy a day on the lake whether you are swimming, boating, SUPing, or enjoying a picnic and taking in the breathtaking Idaho scenery.

This eclectic and serene home is nestled in the very back portion of the mature tree filled yard. Enjoy the spacious yard filled with fruit trees, grape vines, flowers, herbs, and more! Sit on the front porch and enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee while the birds sing above you and squirrels scurry to their favorite trees. The outdoor dining table on the front porch is perfect for a work space while traveling, a meal with your favorite people, or a space to read a book or draw the landscape around you. Grill some veggies or steaks on the BBQ while soaking in the delightful Boise seasons. Sit by the fire pit after a day on the river: floating, fishing, SUPing, and more! During your stay, park on any of the two secure parking pads behind gates and store your favorite outdoor gear in the shed you'll have access to. The shed is large enough to store your bikes, SUPs, kayaks, fishing gear, skis, boards, and more!

Inside, you'll enjoy the vaulted ceilings and spacious/flexible floor plan that gives this micro home an open, bright, and airy feel! The fun fully-equipped kitchen features Galanz appliances (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven), concrete floors and countertops, a large stainless steel sink, and open shelving. The living areas are waiting for you to get cozy and kick your feet up; enjoy a book by the fire in the front seating area and/or a movie in the upstairs living/dining area. Each bedroom features queen beds and brand new linens, nightstands and lamps, and storage space for your clothing and personal belongings. Both bathrooms are filled with brand new plush towels to enjoy after you take a steaming hot shower in one of the large walk-in showers.

It’s all about the details! All guests we host will be greeted with a welcome basket and the home stocked with the following guest supplies: a starter kit consisting of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, trash bags, etc. to last a couple of days.

No open flames ie. Candle burning is permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of smoke detector alarm


any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.


No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. Please note that you may want to bring a calling card for placing long distance phone calls, as these are restricted.


Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).


1.    Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2.    All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. Please place trash bins in front of house for pickup.
3.    Close all blinds in all rooms.
4.    Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
5.    "No pets" policy must be observed, when Pets are not allowed on premises.
6.    Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the unit.
7.    Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
8.    Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Idaho, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Idaho or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.


iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.


The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

Was a great stay! The description of property was spot on. Very uncommon and unique. Well thought and detailed floor plan. A fantastic space to relax and unwind in quiet neighborhood close to many great restaurants. Located close to st rt 55 for a scenic drive to McCall. Awesome, secluded yard with many interesting plants and trees as well as fire pit, grill and patio. Loved it!
Best Short Term Rental Ever

This was the best short term rental I've had, especially at this price point. Although relatively small in square footage, it's laid out really well and the storage in the rooms is designed with a renter in mind. It's all usable and still aesthetic. Was there in the inferno of summer and the concrete design and AC splits worked like a champ. Kitchen was small but again, totally usable. Well equipped and quality enough that it didn't feel like I was in a junior high cafeteria. Huge fenced yard. Friendly neighbors. Walkable to Veterans Park, greenbelt, and Quinn's Pond. 10-15 minutes from everything I cared about in Boise. Was there for an entire month and it truly felt like home. The vibe was awesome.

Excellent location. It's in a fairly quiet neighborhood right next to the Boise River, and a short drive away from plenty of good hiking trails or a night out downtown. The house itself is pretty cozy and has plenty of amenities.
