Thoughtfully designed for families and groups, this spacious four-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests and offers the perfect blend of comfort and island charm. Just a two-minute stroll to beach access #8, you'll spend your days by the ocean and your evenings relaxing on one of two expansive porches as the sound of crashing waves drifts through the trees.

The home's bright, vaulted third floor is the heart of Searenity, featuring an open-concept living space perfect for gathering together. The fully equipped kitchen includes two ovens, an induction cooktop, and everything needed to prepare family meals. Enjoy dinner around the large dining table or dine outdoors while watching the sunset. A convenient elevator makes unloading groceries and luggage effortless, while a separate lower-level living area gives kids and teens their own space to relax.

Each of the four bedrooms features its own en suite bathroom and direct porch access, creating a private retreat for every guest. Two spacious king suites offer walk-in closets large enough for a travel crib, while the additional bedrooms include a queen room and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed ideal for younger guests. Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so your vacation begins the moment you arrive. Recent updates, including fresh mattresses, an Aquasana water filtration system, and modern kitchen upgrades, make every stay even more enjoyable.

Island adventures are easy with two four-passenger golf carts. Four bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, and more are also available for guests to enjoy, though availability cannot be guaranteed. Searenity is just a short walk to both the Bald Head Island Marina and the BHI Club, where guests may purchase temporary club access for an additional fee. Best of all, this dog-friendly home welcomes your furry family member, too.

-Ferry tickets and parking fees are not included. Tram reservations are needed in advance. Please check BHI Ferry website for pricing and reservation information.

-Bald Head Island Club Lifestyle Memberships are available for purchase. Golf access is available for extra fees with the Membership; Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to review their NEW rules & fees. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use. Contact the club directly with questions. We do not control club rates, rules, or restrictions. No discount or refund will be provided if club membership is restricted or denied.

-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee for two dogs is $350.

-Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

-Maximum Occupancy: 11 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

-No uninvited guests without permission.

-This home may have exterior security cameras for your safety.
