Frequently Asked Questions

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

This is our second time staying at Brookside 106. My husband and I have ties to the area from living there in for a few years in our early 20’s. We have found our special place in this condo and love taking our kids here during our annual spring break ski trip. The condo feels like home and is well stocked and beautifully cleaned and taken care of. The layout is perfect for our family of four and we enjoy the warming fireplace, modern master bathroom, slope for sledding out back, community hot tub and spacious closets among many other things. The underground parking lot is perfect for keeping our car warm before going out. Thank you so much to Itrip for quick and efficient communication whenever we had a question. We hope to stay here again next year!

Awesome Stay for Group of Snowboarders

3 of us booked this condo to adventure and snowboard at Beaver Creek. The Condo is right across from the Bear lot with a short walk to the shuttle bus that takes you right to the top Beaver Creek Village. It's also a quick walk to multiple city bus stops. No car necessary. We got everywhere we needed. Great location just on the edge of town and away from too much crowd. The hot tub was also great and appreciated after some long days on the mountain. I'll be coming back to this property with my family for sure. Be prepared for all electric appliances as is the norm out here. Everything was in great working order. Was nice to have a grill available too! Cheers!

I had a wonderful experience with itrip for my stay in Avon/Beavercreek CO. They communicated directly and were full of knowledge of the area and helped me with shuttle info for easy transportation. They responded via text quickly and made themselves accessible if I needed but didn't send a lot of constant reminders which can get annoying over time. The condo was clean and warm when I arrived and they accommodated an early check-in and late check-out which made the trip go even more smoothly. Thank you iTrip!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and never had an issue. It is a great central location to skiing and hiking areas. Went to Glenwood Springs for whitewater rafting and the hot springs. The scenery never disappoints.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lodge at Brookside. The accommodations were very comfortable and plenty of amenities. We were so close to Arrowhead entrance and also parking lots for Beavercreek. Lots of great restaurants in Avon and Edwards! Nice warm garage to park in. Easy communication with the rental agency and the owners.

I can't say enough good things about this property! We had a wonderful summer vacation staying in this comfortable and cozy condo. It is perfectly located in a great area...a quick drive to Beaver creek, Edwards and Vail, as well as tons of nearby restaurants, shops and other fun things you can walk or bike to. There are great walking and biking trails very close to the condo; including one that is right in the backyard along the river. Gorgeous views everywhere you look! The property and condo were clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen had nice, new appliances, as well as everything you need for cooking. The rooms and bathrooms are all comfortable and spacious, and you have access to the pool and gym. Each bedroom has a TV, and there is plenty of room in the living area to relax. We truly had everything we needed! The people are friendly and accommodating. You really can't beat the location of this place, and it's convenience made for a truly enjoyable and fun vacation. I highly recommend booking this unit! We can't wait to go back!

We came to Beaver Creek and stayed at this amazing mountain condo for a week. Talk. About. Relaxing. The only thing I wish we had was more time to ski! The location has you literal minutes from Beaver Creek mountain and the bus routes that bring you throughout Avon, Beaver Creek, and Vail, making everything within arms reach. The condo was extremely warm and cozy, we kept the fireplace on while we worked from the living room as it snowed blissfully outside the window. The parking under the building was also an added plus, we loved the community here. We would absolutely stay again!

The Lodge at Bookside 106 in Avon, Colorado is the perfect getaway location. The location is perfect for skiers and the condo has everything you need for a week of skiing. The unit has humidifiers for each bedroom which is necessary in the winter months. The beds are comfortable and tv's in both bedrooms for relaxing and watching movies at night.

This was the best vacation my family has taken yet! This place was cozy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the little creek just out the back door of the condo. The location couldn’t be any better! It’s right between Vail and Edwards and has so many hiking trails near by. Do yourself a favor and book this place fast! It will not disappoint!

We were looking for a well-priced condo in Avon to have as a home base during our first visit to the area. The condo was very clean and had a nicely appointed kitchen, which made cooking for several of our meals very comfortable. We enjoyed snuggling by the fire and watching movies for a few of our nights' stay. Even the neighbors were friendly and fun! We loved watching the snow fall from the bedrooms and living room, and our son had a great time making snow angels right outside our door, and getting some sledding in, steps away from our cozy sofa. The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was a welcome and soothing addition to our day, for sore ski muscles. We loved our visit.

This place really deserves more than 5 stars...it's incredible! My fiance and I went for a week at the beginning of August as a little getaway. The condo is spacious, updated, clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for the week to feel right at home. You have access to a pool and gym, neither of which was ever very busy. One of the best parts of this place is the location and access to nature. You walk out of the sliding glass doors of the condo and there is a great walking/biking trail that goes alongside a gorgeous river. Walking distance to various activities, store and restaurants. Quick drive to many other places like Beaver Creek Village or Vail if you are looking for more good shopping/restaurant options. No matter who you are, there is something here for you. Definitely recommend and looking forward to our next visit!
