Located in the heart of Avon and only 1 mile from Beaver Creek, this unit is a one bedroom condo in Chapel Square. The master includes a king bed and en suite bath with a large walk in shower. There is a washer and dryer located in the closet just off of the master bathroom. The living room is conducive for relaxing around the gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 3.

Chapel Square is an easy walk to the grocery store, multiple restaurants that include Sushi, Mexican, Pizza, and fine dining plus a broad array of shopping and entertainment.

It’s convenient proximity to the bus stop make accessing Vail or Beaver Creek easy and convenient. This property is located just one half mile from Beaver Creek and 10 miles from Vail. In the winter, the Avon skier express provides direct access to Beaver Creek Village from a stop located on the property. This condo is a perfect getaway for a couple.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Great Condo for a Couple in Beaver Creek

Our recent stay in Avon was awesome. Beaver Creek and the slopes completely lived up to the expectations. The Condo was an unknown going in due to the simple nature of staying in a short term rental over a hotel. But, we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. The condo was neat, clean and served our needs perfectly. The view off of the balcony is surprisingly wonderful given you are in the middle of Avon and only on the second story. The room was well furnished, as mentioned elsewhere, the couch is a bit awkward, but I find most sectionals of this type awkward, just a personal preference thing. It is a couch. It serves couch needs, is relatively comfortable and definitely was not an issue. This is a 2 person max condo, so no one is sleeping on it. The space was well climate controlled. The South façade actually bakes pretty well in the afternoon, so the bedroom was nice and toasty coming back fresh from the slopes. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and well appointed. The washer and dryer proved handy halfway through the trip and worked perfectly. The kitchen was perfect with all the common needs provided and a nice welcome basket with basic coffee/tea needs to make sure the beginning of your stay wasn't hampered by a lack of morning coffee. They even provided some great reusable shopping bags. Colorado charges for all bags at the stores and this was a great surprise that made shopping a lot easier for the new-to-Colorado shopper. Parking garage was great, never an issue with getting in or out, car was always not cold or covered in snow, which is a major plus in winter time Colorado. Spots are a bit tight, marked for compact cars. I saw several larger SUVs that had managed to squeeze in and fit but just be aware parking a larger vehicle will take some patience and may require passenger loading and unloading outside of the spot. Spot for this condo was right next to the elevator. Parking was a unexpected breeze and really quite nice to not have to worry about. Car travel is not required to get to Beaver Creek Village/Ski Resort or really anywhere in Avon due to the bus system. It is quick and efficient. The stop is a short 2 min walk from the main entrance of the building. You can also take the bus to Vail, but I believe there is a charge for that trip. There are several restaurants within the first floor of the building. Hibachi place has good sushi and standard American Chinese fair, but I would recommend skipping the Hibachi, just not worth it. Overall access to good restaurants within a few minutes walking distance is more than one could get to within a standard trip. This condo was great and provided a much more affordable option than staying in BC Village while still getting to experience all the greatness of Beaver Creek in the winter.

Great Place to Stay!

Chapel Square 203 was a great place to stay. It was very clean, included everything we needed, and was close to multiple restaurants. The walk to the gondola was a little further than we had thought but not a bad walk at all. Management was also very responsive which we appreciated.

Great Property

This property was wonderful. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the shuttle to resort (stop is straight out front door diagonally across parking lot). It’s the second bus stop, so generally still plenty of room to get on. Unit was conveniently close to the elevator, and underground parking was convenient, though spaces are tight - doable but just be careful! Fireplace was easy to use, nice to relax in front of at end of day. I would agree the couch is uncomfortable, mainly because you’re always feeling like you’re going to fall off, the cushions slouch forward. Still gave good rating as we’re not there to sit in condo, but felt it was still worth mentioning as others have said same. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend in January and had a wonderful experience. This condo is cozy, comfortable and well equipped with all the amenities that made us feel at home. Loved the fireplace and the spacious bathroom. Quiet end unit with lots of natural light Great location! Few blocks to ski shops, selective restaurants, and Westin's 5-star resort spa. Gondola is also a 10-minute walk. Across from skier express bus line and selective restaurants. Convenient underground parking in front of the elevator. Ski locker beside parking space. It's comfortable and 5 minutes away from the most prestigious residential areas. The kitchen is spacious, practical and with everything you need like in a big residential house. A few steps from beaver creek village shuttle express.

Loved the unit- clean, updated, very nice. would definitely stay there again. Just Realize if you have a bigger vehicle, it will not fit in the underground parking spot. I could barley fit a Toyota Rav-4 into the assigned spot.

Perfect Stay for Mother / Daughter Ski Trip

This condo was very well-appointed and perfect for our stay. We liked being at one end of the building as it was very quiet and had lots of natural light. We were close to the elevator which took us swiftly between the condo and convenient parking garage with ski locker. Great location right across from City Market and the Skier Express bus line. Smooth communication with the management - would stay again!

The room was very clean upon arriving and even though there was no A/C, the room cooled down very quickly once the windows were opened. Perfect spot as everything you could possibly need is within 5 minutes away

Great Ski Weekend Getaway

Great one bedroom with restaurants and shuttle up to Beaver Creek a few steps away. Very clean and was a nice place to come relax and eat after skiing all day. Garage parking and ski locker were very convenient. All items needed were in the unit, even a nice welcome basket. Easy check in and check out procedures and quick responses back when we had questions. Highly recommend!
