We're located in the Alhambra neighborhood of Los Angeles and next to Pasadena. 15-20 min drive to downtown LA, Rose Bowl and Dodger Stadium, 15 mi to Universal Studios or Beverly Hills/Rodeo Drive or hikes to the Hollywood Sign or Griffith Observatory. Your family dog will love our private, gated and large back yard. We welcome dogs only with our Pet Fee.

Soak in the California lifestyle of indoor/outdoor living in this open floor plan home boasting large front and backyard with firepit, outdoor dining and giant swing chair baskets. Our living space is filled with post modern designer furniture, SmartTVs and all brand new memory foam beds.

Large chef's kitchen w large island with seating for 6. Also business travelers we have a large office space that can also convert into a bedroom with a built-in Murphy bed w Queen memory foam bed.

Wake up to more bright sunny views at our primary bedroom suite with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

We provide various outdoor games such as corn hole game!

** Please note the detached garage is separated and gated and has been converted into a separate apt. Owner resides in this apt.

We also have a doorbell camera for security and safety of the home.

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Government issued, valid photo IDs will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.

* Check-in is after 4 PM.

* Check out is at 11 AM

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - 6 (includes infants and children under 2 yrs age)

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $200 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

For Extra Guest Fee $75 per Guest per Night, we can provide an air mattress bed.

NO SMOKING (Outdoors Only) Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.

Dogs Allowed Only with our $75 per Pet Fee.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $500 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

NO FILMING/PHOTOSHOOTS - must require prior approval contact Lilly Zabat at iTrip Los Angeles

Amazing accomodations!

This place was so cute and comfortable and accommodating to the entire family. The backyard was quaint and perfect for a family gathering. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with plenty of plates, cups, pots and pans, and utensils. I do wish there had been more towels and wash clothes available, but there was a washer and dryer so it was fine. I give it 5 stars and would definitely go back!

Thank you for the perfect stay. The property was as advertised, clean and well appointed. The team, especially Lily were helpful in choosing the right location based upon our plans and party size. They hit it out of the park for us and we will be return customers. In a time where customer service is a thing of the past this was a five star effort .
