This gorgeous brand new condo is a treasure among rental properties and is a great find in Summit County! With gorgeous views of the continental divide, William’s Fork Mountain Range and wooded areas. Nearby trails connect to the Gore Range Trail, Colorado Trail, and many others. It is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Centrally located to all ski resorts. Minutes to the Blue River, Outlet shopping and restaurants. Eagle's Nest Wildernest boundary, Lily Pad Pond and Buffalo Cabin Trailhead are nearby. Very quiet building. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.

Treehouse Village 323, located in Wildernest above Silverthorne, is a free shuttle ride to the Keystone and Breckenridge slopes. What's more, we're just 15.2 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slope to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June! Because if you want to ski over Memorial Day Weekend, you should be able to ski over Memorial Day Weekend.

House Rules

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.


All photos (furnishings subject to change), amenities, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate. We supply starter shampoo, soaps, paper products, firewood where applicable and hotel-quality towels and linens. We do not provide laundry detergent due to allergies.

Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection insurance policy.



PLEASE NOTE: There is NO SMOKING of ANY KIND, including vaping, inside, on patio/deck/balcony, or anywhere within vicinity of building.

Renter MUST be 25 years of age and present during stay. We do not provide laundry detergent due to allergies.

Occupancy and stated number of vehicles is strictly enforced by HOAs, City and County under penalty of fine. Additional vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. If fines are levied, the guest is liable for the full amount. We are not liable if the guest requires paid overnight parking for extra or oversized vehicles.

The home was wonderful, remodeled, warm. Unfortunately the water did not work for the first 2 days, which made the stay very very difficult with 4 children. Unable to flush toilets or wash hands was tough. We weren’t notified of this, or even offered a water access point until the next day. We understand that pipes break and it was an unforeseen circumstance beyond control, but any help (cleaning services, water delivery etc) would have been nice. More egregious however was that we went skiing only to return to one bathroom torn apart with no notice and a man trying to follow our kids into the home. It was scary. We didn’t get word that anyone would be in the home during our stay, let alone that the toilets were broken. All of our valuables were out and askew, toilet parts everywhere. It was unsanitary and unsafe. We were told to let him back in the room to pick up, but he needed to continue his work despite us needing to be in the room. All around inconvenient, although the worker was kind and apologetic some notice would have been nice - as per the contract. Overall it was a great house, with some major hiccups in our stay.

While we appreciated all feedback, sometimes reviews are simply inaccurate. Given the last minute pipe damage, we sent a message to this guest offer to bring jugs of water as well as bottles for drinking and did not receive a response back. We were not able to just leave water outside due to the cold temperatures. A toilet handle needed to be replaced so we text the guest letting them know that someone would be stopping by. When maintenance arrived, the guests were home and let him in, he did not enter while they were away. We tried to go above and beyond for this guest, including allowing them to check in early so that their children could knap. This was an awesome location with beautiful views! Our family felt very relaxed at this house after skiing. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. There were plenty of supplies for the bathroom and kitchen such as paper towels and toilet paper. We also used the game room and pool. The kids had a blast with the ping pong table. I hope we can book again in the future!

The kitchen surfaces were greasy, the bathrooms showers had black hair in the drains, there was black hair in the beds, and the towels and sheets were questionable. I’m not sure if they had been washed or not because of some soiling and stains. This is completely unsatisfactory after paying $500 in rental + $800 in fees for 2 nights!!

While we appreciate constructive criticism and take it to hart, this review is simply inaccurate. More than 24 hours after this guest arrived we were told there was hair in one shower. We immediately sent our housekeeping crew, who rectified the issue. No other issues were brought to our attention or the attention of the housekeeper who was in the home. We clean and sanitize every home prior to each guests arrival and launder our linens in high temperatures. We take the safety and comfort of our guests very seriously. The check in process was fast and easy. The house was clean, and everything in its place. The kitchen was well equipped and even has a spices for your use. The house accommodate 12 people. We were three families and each couple has their own master and the kids have a separate room and bathroom with bunk beds ( which they loved) and an additional pull out couch on the family room area. It’s 3 floors so keep that in mind. We really appreciated the fact that the cars (2) were inside the garage. It’s a corner unit so there is still space for 1 or 2 additional cars in front of the garage without bothering the neighbors… The check out process was also easy. Overall 5 stars.

Awesome Trip!

This place was perfect for our family. We were able to bring the 3 kids, and both grandparents as the 3 king beds was perfect. Everyone had their own privacy. The townhome was awesome, especially the location. It literally snowed our entire trip! The perfect distance from the ski resorts, only 15 minutes or so to Keystone, 20 to Breck. We would love to return next year.

This place was awesome! We stayed with my family of 6 and some other extended family and definitely had plenty of room. Having 5 bathrooms was awesome. The checkin and checkout was smooth and easy. Linens, towels/etc was like a 5 star hotel. I am a Colorado native and spend plenty time in the mountains yet the views from this place were stunning. I’ll stay again if I ever get the chance.

We brought the entire family, encompassing 4 generations, and had a marvelous time! There was ample room for everyone to have a comfortable bedroom and bathroom, play space for 2 littles under 5, and a lovely deck to relax on. We appreciated having a grill, dishwasher, ice maker, and room for 3 vehicles. The unit was clean, quiet, and spacious. We are planning to return next fall for another vacation. The property is so close to multiple Ski Resorts, which makes it so convenient. We went to Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and A-Basin. Also, very close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Plus the accommodations are great! Modern, clean and very spacious. We easily fit two families and it never felt crowded. The beds are also very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We ate in most nights, since we were exhausted after skiing. It was also nice to have a grill to make our own steaks. We had an issue with the fireplace, which was user error on our part. They responded very fast to our questions. There is something special about waking up in the morning with coffee and looking out at the mountains :). Plus a red fox kept coming to visit outside. We travel a ton and this place is one we will frequent!

This location was perfect, super clean, and very spacious. You can most definitely feel the level of professionalism in the way this property is run. The only caveat was that it’s three stories and your legs will be burning chasing kids from the bottom floor to the top. Also, it’s located atop a mountain, so be mindful of that while driving at night if driving at night in the snow is difficult

Great location, just outside Silverthorne, great high views above city, but a few minutes back into town for groceries, shopping, breweries :) Very clean, new, end unit, lots of space. Made our own food often for breakfast and lunch if not out exploring, dinner out often. Hiking nearby, drove to Estes Park/Rocky Mtn National Park one day, another day drove to Royal Gorge. Went to Breckenridge multiple times, short drive away, fun for summer vacation but great location for winter skiiing too.

Upon arrival in Dillon, CO we found that our originally booked accommodations weren't going to work out for us. We were provided with Mat's phone number, and within an hour he had us checked in to a nearby condo that more than met our needs and expectations. Mat was flexible, professional, helpful, and responsive to phone calls, email, and texts throughout our trip. He was willing to work with us in our last-minute change of plans on a holiday weekend and ensured we had a fantastic vacation in Colorado.

This place has some great views! It is an end unit and there are peaks that surround the site so you basically have 270 degrees of Mountain View from inside the home. The location is very handy as there is top notch hiking literally within walking distance from the front door. We did a lot of shopping close by in Silverthorne as well which was really enjoyable. We plan on coming back in the winter to hit the slopes as this will be a great spot for the winter as well.

My family and I really enjoyed this place. We stayed in the downstairs room which is the "bunk room" and it easily accommodated our family of 5 with the set up. The room also had a PlayStation that was fund for our young boys to play on when it was time to settle down. The room was somewhat separated from the rest of the house which was really nice since our young children had a much earlier bed time than the rest of the people staying with us. Otherwise, the place was gorgeous and we enjoyed the views and all of the outdoor activities that are close to the home. Really enjoyed it.

I loved this place! It was very convenient to everything which was super helpful for me and my family (3 young boys). Appeared to be basically brand new build as well as brand new furnishings. The view from the windows made it seem like the outdoors were inside. Looking forward to staying here again next summer.

What an amazing property – and the view overlooking the mountains was spectacular! We enjoyed are stay at this spacious and modern townhouse. The accommodations were modern and comfortable. The kitchen amenities were very good. The bedrooms were spacious and each bath exceeded our expectations. The heating system reminded me of my childhood. Since the wood floors were water heated there were no furnace sounds which made for a perfect sleeping experience. TVs were in each bedroom and the fireplace completed a perfect design. The floor, window coverings, and kitchen island were so carefully thought out, I plan to use them in my Florida condo remodel. The furniture was warm and made us feel at home. We spent a lot of time enjoying our family. I was mesmerized by the view. It was breathtaking. Since we stayed in an end unit, we saw the mountains from all the windows. On several family outings, I opted to stay to enjoy the view. The food we enjoyed from the out door grill seemed enhanced from the entire condo experience. The area itself was very convenient hiking, shopping, and attending Mass on Sunday. We enjoyed a free concert Friday night in near by Dillon. The people we encountered were friendly and made us feel at home. Our stay was complete when it June. On our drive back to Texas we had many great memories to share. We look forward to our next visit.

I'll start with, when I pulled in the driveway, THERE WAS A MOOSE STROLLING UP THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, eating grass without a care in the world!! What an awesome home base to experience the mountains! The location, while tucked away up on the hill with breathtaking views, provides the best access to all Summit County has to offer. It's engulfed in some of the best hiking/biking trails around, with some a hop-skip-and-a-jump down the road. Literally. I was able to spend a day on a pontoon, and am sorry I didn't account for more time on Lake Dillon. It was amazing!! I'm really excited to come back in the winter for the legendary ski resorts surrounding this place, which is more my style, but I really underestimated how great the summer is here and can't wait to do it again. Even with so much to offer in town, my best memories will be cooking dinner together and the quality time spent just hanging out in this sweet townhome. The layout of this place is great! Open floor plan in the kitchen/living/dining area, yet a big bedroom downstairs and a couple bedrooms upstairs, allow for those who don't like to burn the midnight oil to retreat to a quiet place. Though a coffee on the deck at sunrise is not to be missed either!! It really was an all around wonderful experience! I could definitely get used to making this a twice-a-year trip for summer and winter!

Silverthorne Townhouse

We stayed at Craig and Maritza's townhome June 20th through the 23rd and enjoyed our stay very much!!! This unit is an end unit which makes it a superior choice to other units for more privacy and the beautiful mountain views are visible from every window in the house! This lovely new home has four bedrooms and is furnished with high end contemporary furniture and professionally decorated with pleasing earth tones bringing the beautiful outdoors in. There are comfortable king size beds in three bedrooms and a large bunk bed with trundle in the fourth bedroom with lots of family sleeping arrangement. Each bedroom has its own bathroom too which is so convenient. The beautiful kitchen with ample cabinet space is open to the family room and there are two decks to enjoy cooking out on the grill while enjoying the beautiful mountain vista! You will love staying in this beautiful home!

A modern approach to Summit County

We were thrilled with our stay in this home. The location was incredibly convenient to Breck, Keystone, and Vail. We were also close to grocery stores, restaurants, Target/Walmart etc. which is key with children. The views are spectacular and we enjoyed them outside on the patio as well as from the inside living space. The bedding was comfortable and it was nice to have a bathroom on every floor. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed the fireplace as well. I highly recommend,

We had a fantastic time during our stay at this spectacular new, new home in Wildernest! The mountain views are simply amazing, both from inside the home and from the decks. This is a perfect place to relax after a day exploring. The house was extremely clean. This is a great option for multiple families or groups of friends. The layout allows people to enjoy each other's company, but also provides everyone their own space when wanted. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms! The kitchen is well appointed and there are multiple TVs throughout the house. Our group enjoyed nearby hiking trails. The location provides many options for activities with such easy access to the main resorts (Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, Copper and A-Basin) and of course a short drive to groceries and shopping in Silverthorne. In short, a wonderful home and vacation. We can't wait for our next stay!
