Frequently Asked Questions

Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the

  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.

1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.


Lovely condo for our month stay

Unit 4 was perfect for our needs. Large spacious living area and ample sized bedroom. Well equipped too. We stayed a month and got used to the 5 min downhill walk to Creekside gondola and the 8 min walk back up at the end of the day. Good for our fitness. We will rent this one again if possible.

Place was clean and really close to the Gondola. Less than 10 minute walk gets you to the lift. I’d rent there again for sure.

We came for a family getaway with our 2 young children and we all enjoyed the place. The best part was all the supplies in the kitchen. We made all our meals to eat in. Good quality pots and pans and lots of other supplies. I loved the Dyson vacuum for all the quick clean ups. Both beds in room and sofa bed were super comfortable. Firewood provided for the fireplace was a nice touch. Overall it was great. My minor concerns for this place which is more my preference (others may not mind) - A previous review mentioned the unit was right across from the parkade but it was actually down a hallway with 2-3 stair steps; still better than having to climb up stairs with all our luggage’s and cooler. The front entrance of the unit was very tight (wasn’t pictured) and with all our things and 2 little kids getting in, it was tight. There’s some wear and tear in the unit - baseboards, borders of the floor tiles in front and washroom and room carpet. The balcony door requires some UB40 as it didn’t slide properly and always made a loud noise when we opened it. Lastly, I would like to suggest a better key return at the end of the stay as we have to go out of our way back to Whistler village to return the key/checkout, when it would’ve been easier for us to head back to Vancouver from this location instead we have to drive back up 10 mins in the opposite direction to return the key.

We joined children and grandchildren for a lovely ski weekend. They stayed at other Creekside properties. Courtyard 4 was very clean and comfortable -- perfect for our needs. We would surely return. Be careful to enter explicit Main St. address in Google maps to find check-in desk, though. Entering "Deer Lodge" alone results in parking on the perimeter of the village and a challenging search for the registration office- especially in the dark. Ascent on the Creekside gondola and skiing the crossover to Whistler Mountain is fine even for "green" skiers. Bus 20 or 20X provides a timid return, but carry change (not bills) for the $2.50 fare.

My husband and I were very pleased with this cozy, well appointed condo. The kitchen was very well stocked, the bed new though a little soft and the living room had a wood burning fire place, great TV and cable vision. We looked out on trees and if we so wished, we could have had a BBQ on the good sized deck. It was quiet and private. We were walking distance, 10 min., from the lift. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention, but all in all, I would stay there again.

Cozy condo with sunken living room, the kids slept in the bedroom. Comfortable bed and the pull out couch in the living room was surprisingly comfortable as well for 2 adults! Walkable to downtown Creekside, and cheaper than staying in Whistler Village!

Condo at Creekside

We stayed for 3 nights in this quiet, well equipped condo. It is clean and comfortable with everything we needed and close to the bus route to get into the village. Although located close to the ski lifts, the road is steep making it a difficult walk in ski boots. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.
