Beautiful, comfortable, and updated Creekside townhouse, two minutes up the hill from the Gondola, Creekside Market, and shops. This cozy one-bedroom corner unit has a very comfortable floor plan, making it a wonderful getaway for couples, families, and friends. Includes free underground parking plus visitor stalls directly in front of the townhouse. Adjacent to the unit entrance is a separate (and private) heated bike storage room with a wall mounted steady rack, this room also houses the laundry.


The charming one level, open plan layout has large windows that provide ample natural light with a beautiful, forested outlook. Living room has a rustic wood-burning fireplace, comfortable stylish décor, brand new Queen Sofa bed (sleeps 2) and open plan to accommodate your group or family all together. After a day on the mountain, relax in the living room with the fire on, as you enjoy the peaceful location. Large screen 4K smart TV with cable and streaming services provided. The full kitchen has granite countertops with a breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances and is fully furnished with everything you need to cook. There is coffee, tea and a selection of non-perishable food in the cupboards, please help yourself.

*Cancellation Policy. You can cancel your booking up till 30 days prior to your trip. There will be a 10% fee of deposit or $100 (whichever is greater).

Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the

1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of

Our unit was great - clean, warm, and enough room for 4. Location was great, up a hill from the Creekside lifts. Recommend driving down, the hill is a climb after a long day of skiing. Check in was easy, and unit was nicely stocked with basic kitchen needs. No need to order lift tickets through them, there was no benefit. Had to go to the ski area guest services to get my ticket, could have just ordered through the ski area.

The property is lovely, well appointed, and the kitchen even included condiments and kitchen staples which was such a nice touch when you’re travelling. The location at Creekside was unbelievably convenient and we would definitely stay here again.

Good place, a little tight for 4 people But totally manageable. Comfortable. Close to the gondola easy walk, but walk back at the end of the day is straight up hill so I feel like that should be noted. Otherwise worked great for our stay!

Powderview villa was excellent accommodation. Perfectly clean and well equipped. Any issues we had were dealt with swiftly. The location is excellent, but must admit the walk up the hill after a hard day on the slopes was very challenging.. We would definitely return.

Powder unit 3 is a very nice and clean apartment. It is exactly like the photos we have seen in the website. It is about 6 to 8 minutes of walk from the creekside village and please note (if you are not driving) there's a slight incline walk up to the apartment building from the main street. Parking is free. The bedroom is nice and cozy with a wardrobe and the bed is comfortable. The living area has a fireplace and an armchair and a sofa bed. TV with Netflix helps during the 2 days when we were snowed in. The kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. I like the dining area which is at a corner/recess area with a view of tthe back garden. The whole apartment is heated even in the toilet. It is so warm and nice. It's very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay very much!

We enjoyed the quiet area of Creekside and the short walk to Nita and Alta lakes. Loved the Vegan bakery and coffee shop in the nearby marketplace! The condo was well equipped and loved the updates to the cozy space. The contractors were working on the deck so missed sitting outside with a coffee in the beautiful wooded area surrounding the complex. Overall, a great space to explore Whistler and relax in comfort!
