NOTE: The new Creekside Gondola completion has been delayed and will not be open till Mid December.

Free SKI shuttle buses will be available every 30 minutes shuttling guests to the Whistler Village or Blackcomb Gondolas between 8 am and 5pm daily.

HOME INFO: 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom - 700 sq. feet

Beautiful, comfortable, and updated Creekside townhouse, two minutes up the hill from the Gondola, Creekside Market, and shops. This cozy one-bedroom corner unit has a very comfortable floor plan, making it a wonderful getaway for couples, families, and friends. Includes free underground parking plus visitor stalls directly in front of the townhouse. Adjacent to the unit entrance is a separate (and private) heated bike storage room with a wall mounted steady rack, this room also houses the in-suite laundry.

THE SPACE:

The charming one level, open plan layout has large windows that provide ample natural light with a beautiful, forested outlook. Living room has a rustic wood-burning fireplace, comfortable stylish décor, Queen Sofa bed (sleeps 2) and open plan to accommodate your group or family all together. After a day on the mountain, relax in the living room with the fire on, as you enjoy the peaceful location. Ideal for WFH with high-speed internet, large screen 4K smart TV with cable and streaming services provided. The full kitchen has granite countertops with a breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances and is fully furnished with everything you need to cook. There is coffee, tea and a selection of non-perishable food in the cupboards, please help yourself.

AGREEMENT
Whistler Prime Vacation Properties (WPVP), the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier if you so wish by logging onto your
reservation at itrip.net and using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb  schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date
all monies will be refunded with the exception of a cancellation fee totaling 10% of the total
rental amount or $100.00, whichever is more. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN
THE 30 DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
Keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler

NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in
outside receptacles.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed the number of bedrooms
times two or the advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. If pet(s) are approved, Tenant must clean up after pet(s).
8. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
9. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.
HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or
their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage,
loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

The premises, all fixtures thereon, and all property on or around the premises is provided “as is”
without any warranties of any kind. Neither iTrip, WPVP nor the Owner shall be responsible for

Nice stay!

Powder unit 3 is a very nice and clean apartment. It is exactly like the photos we have seen in the website. It is about 6 to 8 minutes of walk from the creekside village and please note (if you are not driving) there's a slight incline walk up to the apartment building from the main street. Parking is free. The bedroom is nice and cozy with a wardrobe and the bed is comfortable. The living area has a fireplace and an armchair and a sofa bed. TV with Netflix helps during the 2 days when we were snowed in. The kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. I like the dining area which is at a corner/recess area with a view of tthe back garden. The whole apartment is heated even in the toilet. It is so warm and nice. It's very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay very much!

- screen doors broken and no way to open doors as bugs came in - soiled /ripped sofa - bike storage fraudulent advertising not private at all shares with laundry - kitchen sink drainage very slow - no air conditioning - decor was nice - bathroom outdated , would never soak in tub - cleanliness ok but suite had smell when we entered - sofa bed so uncomfortable daughter complained of back psin - no access to hot tub or pool should be noted - this unit is for 2 or 4 with very young children

Hi Jeena, This is quite an inaccurate review to this property and we don't believe it to be a fair representation of us or this lovely unit. Screen door is not broken and most windows have capability of opening to allow for additional airflow if needed. We have it listed with NO AC as well as listed with no pool or hot tub so I am not sure why that is included as being negative about the property when it is not advertised to have those amenities.

We enjoyed the quiet area of Creekside and the short walk to Nita and Alta lakes. Loved the Vegan bakery and coffee shop in the nearby marketplace! The condo was well equipped and loved the updates to the cozy space. The contractors were working on the deck so missed sitting outside with a coffee in the beautiful wooded area surrounding the complex. Overall, a great space to explore Whistler and relax in comfort!
