Upscale Mountain Star townhouse in superb Blackcomb Mountain location. This is a 3 level town-home with 3 full bedrooms, and 2 baths. Family functional layout with spacious and bright living room, furnished comfortably for your whole group to enjoy and be together. Lovely views from the grande windows and deck. Full size dining with 8 chairs. Well equipped kitchen with heated slate floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and open concept design for your comfort.

AGREEMENT
Whistler Prime Vacation Properties (WPVP), the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier if you so wish by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs 30+ days prior to arrival date
all monies will be refunded. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN
THE 30 DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
Keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in
outside receptacles.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed the number of bedrooms
times two or the advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. If pet(s) are approved, Tenant must clean up after pet(s).
8. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
9. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.
HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or
their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage,
loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

The premises, all fixtures thereon, and all property on or around the premises is provided “as is”
without any warranties of any kind. Neither iTrip, WPVP nor the Owner shall be responsible for

Great for 2 families and a dog. Conveniently located close to lost lake and upper village. Quiet, clean and spacious with good amenities including Netflix and underground parking. While unit had some minor glitches, overall it was very comfortable, affordable and good value for money.

Third year in a row!

We've stayed in this unit three years in a row now! We absolutely love the townhouse and its location. It's very close to the shuttle stop and is basically ski-in, ski-out (when there's snow). We'll definitely be coming back next year!

Our stay at Mountain View was awesome. There was everything we needed and the free shuttle bus to the village was very handy. We were close to Lost Lake and mtb trails. The house was in a nice quiet location. We will be back!

Location, location, location

Quiet location with short walks to blackcomb mountain and the bus stop. Home is becoming dated and could use some upgrades. Also there is a lot of stairs in this unit so if that is a problem you may want to look elsewhere. All in all we had a good experience at mountain star unit 8 and would book again in the future.

Great House for a large family or a group of friends. A short walk brings you to a trail to ski down to Blackcomb Lift. The unit has had heated floor in the Kitchen, and both bathrooms. The only thing it had a short fall in was not having BBQ

Perfect Getaway

We brought our three teenagers to WB for a holiday and we were lucky to find this place. Check in and check out was very quick. The unit is very convenient to the hill and even though it is not "ski in" (it's about a 300m slight uphill walk), it was not a big deal. The unit was simple and well laid out for the space. We were only there to eat and sleep so we didn't need luxury. All the appliances are in working order but are getting a little tired. The beds are very comfortable although our sheets were pilling and quite worn out. The hot tub was great and a welcome after a long day of skiing. All in all, a good value and we would recommend it to anyone with older children (lots of stairs so maybe not great for toddlers).

Absolutely Awful

When checking in, the front office staff was rude and unhelpful. When we finally got to the condo, we were greeted with a half full dirty hot tub, garbage under the sink, open windows (it was snowing), the washer and dryer were dirty and unusable as there was gum stuck all in the dryer. The master bedrooms comforter was full of blood and white stains but was still used to make the bed. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. The hot tub took two days to be fixed and useable. Overall the trip was more of a trouble than vacation. I would NOT reccomed unless you love a bad time.

We had a great stay in this unit. The description was accurate. The living room is large and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. We had a couple issues and iTrip responded quickly and graciously addressed the issues. It's a quick walk to/from the slopes (shhh walk through the Coast pacific) and the free shuttle is at the bottom of the driveway.

Great Unit, Great Location, Great to rent from Bob (really helpful and super to work with), and an added bonus of a hot tub. The unit is great as the city bus (shuttle) is free and just at the bottom of the drive. There is no reason ever to drive to the village. In the summer you can walk down the drive to the path across the street to ski down to the lift...in summer...just walk down...and of course take the bus back up or walk. Do keep in mind there are three stories and stairs to walk up. The parking spot for this unit is the crème de la crème. Large with posts on each side....no door dings and Suburban's fit great! The unit has everything one needs in the kitchen and the beds are very comfortable. The unit has plenty of extra bedding if needed and really helpful to have the washer and dryer. We usually stay at the Four Season's if we are staying at a hotel. We have rented from Bob now at least 6 times and he is always accommodating and great to work with. I do not go anywhere else to rent since I always know we are in great hands. I believe in work hard and play harder...so on our vacations, this assurance that I do not need to worry about a unit being to the standards we expect is a huge deal. Rent any unit with Itrip with Bob and know he does a great job!
