Our policies have adjusted to accommodate the frequent changes and restrictions in place for BC. In case of a travel restriction preventing your vacation or a mountain closure we are able to offer one of the following:

1. Travel credit for days not used

2. Full refund of days not used minus 100.00 admin fee

**Cancellations due to sickness or illness of yourself or a family member will not be issued refund. Please purchase travel insurance ahead of time to cover your loss.

Brand new ( June 2019) custom sofa sectional with comfortable Queen bed in living room.

Master bedroom has comfy QUEEN bed with new linens and duvets, plenty of storage, TV and full ensuite bathroom

2nd Bedroom has two twin beds, new linen and duvets and full size closet. Both bathrooms are exquisite with custom tiled work and updated lighting.

Kitchen has dark custom cabinetry and all new stainless steel appliances. Well stocked with the supplies and comfort needed for you to enjoy preparing your meals while on your Whistler get a way.

Our rentals include a fully staffed Village front desk for your check in/out service, discounts on lift tickets/rentals or other concierge services you may require.

The location is great not to far from the village but just enough that it is very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped for people who like to cook.

Unit was adequate but needs attention in the following areas: - inconvenient that both baths were not adjacent to the bedrooms - microwave needs to be replaced - turntable does not turn, unit noisy, and loose in its housing - overhead light in back bedroom did not work - floor heat controls were confusing - some instructions would be helpful - unit not that clean - dust on top of fridge and in other areas - unit listed as on the ground floor, which is true, but the steps from the parking area pose a problem

We love Whistler and prefer to stay away from the center of the village, but close enough to access the lifts within minutes. This location is quiet and is right on the valley trail and golf course, allowing direct access to the cross country trail in winter and valley trail for biking, running, etc. in summer. The heated floors of this unit are a real asset, providing cozy warmth throughout, and we slept well on the comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect and everyone loved the under floor heating!. Everything was clean and in good working order; the amenities and little touches were great! The size of the condo was perfect for our family of four and we really enjoyed our evenings in front of the fire! We also loved the location - just lovely! Super easy catching the ski shuttle! We'll be back!

My fiance and I had an incredible stay and would absolutely love to come back! ____The condo is equipped with everything you need, is very close to the bus stops to and from the blackcomb base and Whistler Village (less than a 3 minute walk) and was very convenient. The kitchen was also well equipped to make our own meals. ____Bathrooms were great and included all the basic amenities, soap, shampoo, hair dryer etc. ____If of a concern to anyone, the internet was great, there was access to Netflix and the cable package was fantastic. Perfect for relaxing after a long ski day! ____Looking forward to booking our next Whistler visit at Gleneagles! __

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well designed and updated condo.. It is tastefully decorated with a combination of old world elegance and contemporary touches. The condo was fully equipped and more than meet our the needs of our family of four. Having 2 separate bathrooms with a full kitchen was fantastic. The condo is in a nice quiet spot close to many restaurants and amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

The beds were too hard for all four of us (two in their 30s, two in their 60s). There was no air conditioning or fans. The appliances (including the washer and dryer) all worked well. The location is nice -- walking distance to Lost Lake and Blackcomb Village. This is an older unit that functions well but would benefit from a refresh. The plumbing in the master ensuite needs work -- the toilet makes alarming noises after being flushed.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 weeks and were very comfortable. Gleneagles 10 is a lovely condo, well equipped, warm (the underfloor heating throughout is bliss!) and well furnished. Linens and towels were high quality, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and powerful, bath was a little short for stretching your legs. We had a problem with the bath tap which was responded to immediately, we sent an e mail before going skiing and it was fixed by the time we got back in the afternoon. Property manager was very flexible about arrival as we arrived after midnight. Location is good, 200 yards to the ( free) bus stop to the base which is 4 stops away, no more than 5 minutes. 50 yards from the bus stop on the way back. Buses run every 10 minutes. 15 to 20 minute walk to centre of Whistler mostly along forest trail. Only very small negative feedback was the vacuum was full on our arrival and we had to empty it
