For the price and location, this condo is great. The service is amazing and the condo is clean and cozy. It is a bit of a walk to the lifts, but there is a free shuttle if preferred. A wonderful affordable option in Snowmass that we will certainly use again for future trips. Thank you!

This condo was great. The location was perfect and an easy walk to the beach. It was very clean when we got there and very well equipped. James Fosbury was quick to respond with any questions we had. The lower level duplex was clean, had all the kitchen accessories we could ask for, had a great tv setup and was very close to the beach. We had a family of 7 and we all fit comfortably. The golf cart was an added bonus, as well was the hammock and pack and play in the closet.

Lagoon Tower was an awesome experience for my family. It was a 3 day getaway for my daughter graduating high school. She enjoyed hangout festival and I enjoyed the luxury and great view from the Lagoon Tower it was so serene and peaceful. I recommend it and will be back very soon.

Nice basic condo recently updated. Appreciate had coffee filters and couple other basics. Only missing item was a cookie sheet to make stuff in oven. Short walk to lift is great! Close enough to town but we drove. Grocery store very close too. Firm mattress fine for us while I read others not their favorite. Good communication with property management
