Emasculate place. Love love the spacious house and the surrounding natural beauty.. views of the lake from the deck was the best. Jim was an awesome host, very responsive and helpful. Will definitely recommend it!

Clean, comfortable and centrally located. Beds were comfortable (yes even the sofa bed wasn’t bad) and kitchen was well equipped. Nice pools and grounds. Located close to a shopping district with great restaurants. Paying for parking was a bit undesirable (street parking was hard to come by) and the bathroom being inside the bedroom were the only deterrents.

We’ve rented Santa Rosa Dunes 941 for many years but due to illness haven’t been back for two years. Since then, Itrip Pensacola has managed the property. So many upgrades have been made. It is wonderful. Though we’re only on day 3 of our 65 day vacation, we’re enjoying every minute…

The Blanchard Homestead is a perfect place to stay. Well appointed. Awesome patio for star gazing. Loved the fire pit. Centrally located and so close to many wineries. Good communication- lost power on our first morning and they were very responsive. Comfortable beds. Two recommendations : hang a mirror on the back of the door in the bunk room and some more hangers would be nice.

We were very pleased with the location and comforts of the condo. We were grateful for the early check in as we had been travelling since the early hours of the day. The condo was lovely and warm when we entered - super nice. The unit was very clean, well prepared for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom We will recomend to family and friends.
