The condo was well-updated and even more spacious than I expected. The location is great and an easy walk to the beach. I loved the patio space. The kitchen is well-stocked and I loved having in-unit laundry and access to a grill. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time. The views are incredible from the living room. The location was great for skiing and walking to town. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was outfitted with everything and didn’t lack for anything. All in a great choice.

27 Heritage Rd - An amazing property!

The home at 27 Heritage Rd was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for the family, with a great kitchen/living room for evening meals and hanging out. The house was extremely clean, with top notch fixtures and features. No issues at all to report, and we were already saying this would be our go to house in the future when visiting Hilton Head.

This was our second stay at properties owned by The Bronx. We enjoyed both stays in the 2 Bdtm and 1 BDRM. The only reason we didn’t give a 5 Star this stay was the cleaning service left the bathroom with dirty mats and a broken sink pipe that flooded the floor as I washed my face. Not sure how this was missed! The good news it was resolved with one phone call to our satisfaction.

Property was as described, very well stocked kitchen & everything in top working order. Very comfortable & walking distance to Walmart, grocery store & Christy Sports. Free public bus stop with (4) pickup times/hr adjacent to property. Responsive staff to questions-highly recommended and we will be returning. Thanks.
