You will have a seamless view from the kitchen out to the small pond and golf course. The kitchen has been completely updated with all new appliances, granite countertops & cabinetry. There is a great island for serving with three bar stools. The master has a king bed and has an en suite bathroom and offers a separate dressing area. The second bedroom has one a queen bed and also provides an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom that sleeps four has (2) two full size beds and a full bath that connects via a secured doorway and also has its own private entrance from the outside with a keyless entry. There is also a 55” Smart TV with cable and your own private patio area with a table & three (3) chairs on the covered patio.
The living room is complete with a dining table with seating for (4) four and sofa & love seat. This first floor corner unit gives you private views of both the lake and the golf course. Feel free to sit back and have a cup of coffee in the morning or that favorite glass of wine in the evenings on the patio and just enjoy the peace and tranquility this community has to offer.
This community offers tennis courts & 2 PGA golf courses as well! Get away from it all here! But know you are only a short drive to Wiregrass where you can find many different restaurant options as well as take care of any retail therapy needed. If it's real retail therapy you're needing, just 10-15 minute drive is the Tampa Outlets where you can have loads of shopping fun and also stop for dinner at one of the many new restaurants in the area like Rock & Brews, Chuy's, Zukku San or relax and grab a flight of brews at Florida Atlantic Brewing Co. There is also a Publix grocery less than 2 miles from the condo. If you want to take in a show, special restaurant, sports event or one of many cool activities such as Busch Gardens or the Tampa Zoo, we are a close 30 minutes to downtown Tampa and only an hour drive to Clearwater or St. Pete's Beaches!

HOUSE RULES - please acknowledge
1-PLEASE no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted. Observation of quiet hours (10p – 8a) must be observed. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance. Please be respectful.
2- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of FL or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and deposits.
3- Pets are not permitted.
4 - Parking is first come first serve.
5- Treat this home as if it were your own, please report damages to your host immediately. If damages are determined to be caused by tenant misuse, it may result in fees to make repairs.
6- Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit and if detected there will be a $250 charge.
7- Family Rental Only -Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25.
8- Sleeping Capacity/Disturbances - Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of (8) eight people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
9- Utilities - No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
10- Hold Harmless - iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconvenience, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas cable service. electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
