This modern Scorpio condo is conveniently located between Vail and Lionshead Village and is less than a 10 minute walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola, Vail Resorts Snowsports School and Lionshead Ticket Office. Upscale fine dining, bars, night life, family friendly restaurants, and Vail's finest shops and boutiques are all available in Lionshead Village. There is access to one outdoor parking space but no need for a car when you can take advantage of the free in-town bus to visit either Vail, Lionshead or Golden Peak.
This delightful unit features mountain views, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and flat screen TV’s throughout the unit. The condo is bright with an open floor plan combining the kitchen, dining and living space for all to enjoy and includes a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The 2 bedrooms are comfortably furnished with a king-sized bed in the master and twin beds in bedroom 2. The master has an en suite bathroom while bedroom 2 has access to a full guest bath just outside the door. Both rooms include built in storage and flat screen TV’s. Create your own meals and dine in the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 2 and open dining area with seating for 4 guests. The unit is on the 2nd floor and the building is equipped with an elevator.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office.
