We are thrilled to announce the return of this charming condo to our management portfolio!

This is a dog friendly property (NO CATS ALLOWED) however you must notify us if your dog accompanies you and the following additional charges will apply: $35 per day/per pet fee and a $250 refundable pet deposit is required. NOTE: The HOA has very strict guidelines and implements fines to the owner when excessive barking is reported. If excessive barking is documented during your stay, fines incurred are the responsibly of the dog owner. Dogs can not be left unattended inside or outside the home at any time. If there is any evidence of pet damage (excessive cleaning needed, damage of property or not picking up after your pet in the yard) renter will forfeit $250 deposit and incur any additional costs.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath Scorpio condo is conveniently located between Vail and Lionshead Village and is less than a 10 minute walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola, Vail Resorts Snowsports School and Lionshead Ticket Office. Upscale fine dining, bars, night life, family friendly restaurants, and Vail's finest shops and boutiques are all available in Lionshead Village. There is access to one outdoor parking space but no need for a car when you can take advantage of the free in-town bus to visit either Vail, Lionshead or Golden Peak.

This delightful unit features mountain views, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and flat screen TV’s in the living and primary bedroom. The condo is bright with an open floor plan combining the kitchen, dining and living space for all to enjoy and includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The 2 bedrooms are comfortably furnished with a king-sized bed in the master and two bunk beds in bedroom 2. The master has an en suite bathroom while bedroom 2 has access to a full guest bath just outside the door. Create your own meals and dine in the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 2 and open dining area with seating for 4 guests. The unit is on the 2nd floor and the building is equipped with an elevator.

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Wonderful Vacation Property!

We rented Scorpio 204 for an annual girls' ski trip and it was the perfect spot! The location was right between Lionshead and Vail Village, an easy walk to the lift, restaurants, and shops. The condo, itself, was lovely and had everything we needed! It was comfortable and we loved having an elevator! I would definitely rent this condo again.

This Scorpio condo was a great, central place for our Vail ski trip. We are a family of four with two teens and appreciated being able to walk to the main Vail lift area. Lions head village is close too. It’s a very well-appointed condo with tasteful decor, very clean. All the supplies you need to make it home for your vacation. Quiet surroundings but close to the action. We would recommend it!

This is a great condo. The location is unbeatable. The kitchen is fairly well stocked. Linens are very well stocked. The beds are all quite comfortable. The 7 min walk to Gondola one and 9 min walk to Lion's head make this the best location in Vail.

Vail Ski Excursion

This was our first trip to Vail. If there is anyone else in a similar situation, the first part of this description should be the most helpful. Location: Vail is essentially comprised of 2 main 'downtowns'. The first is Vail Village (east) and Lionshead (west). The condo is located directly in the middle of both. This is really nice because you can walk in either direction to a whole host of restaurants, shopping, après ski, etc. The only slight downside is that even with the nature trails it is a hike to either site's lifts. This can be mitigated if you check your skis/boots at one of the local shops and just stow your shoes in a locker at the ski shop. Accommodations: The condo was spotless. The owner and management company do a great job prepping the rental for its occupants. It is about the size you would expect (a little cozy). The kitchen was plenty big to fix breakfast or dinner if you want to stay in. There is also a washer and dryer in case your clothes get wet, or just need to do some laundry. Management: The management company also checked in while we were there to ensure everything went well. The lot was full on one occasion and our contact quickly remedied with supplemental parking. We would definitely stay here again. Great value, very clean, easy rental.

Perfect Apt in Vail

The apartment was wonderful. Clean and modern. It had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, great beds and linens, perfect location between Vail Village and Lionshead, bus stop a minutes walk and we really appreciated the humidifiers in each room. The apt also has parking on site which is a plus for us. Also we love the proximity to the Four Season with great food and ambiance. Would definitely love to stay here again. I fully recomendable it.
