Centrally located between Vail Village and Lionshead, this spacious privately owned 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is on the top floor of the Evergreen Lodge and includes a living room with 47” flat screen TV, gas fireplace, balcony overlooking Vail mountain and plenty of seating. The dining room has seating for 6 and fully equipped kitchen has additional bar seating for 3.

Upon entering the unit, you will find bedroom 1 with two queen beds, 40” flat screen TV and a full bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 is located just outside the dining area and features a queen bed, walk in closet, 25” flat screen TV, DVD and full bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo.

Evergreen Lodge is located between the Vail Valley Medical Center and the Dobson Ice Arena and near the library. The free in-town bus route has a stop by the Library/Ice Arena and the condo is a very short walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Chair 8 in Lionshead.

Enjoy access to the year round heated pool, hot tub, restaurants and other amenities at the Evergreen Lodge.

This condo sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds comfortably and a coin operated washer and dryer is on premises. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort. The home has a maximum occupancy of 6, however, we do rent twin air mattresses and pack n’ plays for a nominal fee if needed for small children.

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

My family of four absolutely loved our stay at Evergreen Lodge 705. The beds were comfortable, the condo was very spacious, and the gondola was a 10 min walk away. Would recommend!

Our stay was very comfortable but need to point out some issues. First, the pictures shown of the property were not accurate. Secondly, there was no useable closet in the 2nd bedroom. There were closets, but they were locked and marked as owners do not force open. Next, above the locked closets in the 2nd bedroom was an emply TV box and several cans of paint. Finally, there were several extension/cable cords just laying on the floor in front of the fireplace. I mention these issues, while they did not disrupt our stay, they should be items that should be address for other who stay there.

Not only were the accommodations perfect - roomy, clean, As advertised- but the little things and perks were amazing - free delicious and strong coffee also tea and hot chocolate for the kids and continental breakfast with fresh fruit was servers every morning and the staff were friendly and always helpful - pool , hot tub. And sauna were awesome and kept perfect and clean , always clean and enough supplies and never a long wait for the elevator- never wait for luggage roller , ( every place I stay at normally the shower drains are slow! - NOT Here - special bonus for fast shower drains! it’s the small things !

I will give the condo a 5 star for service, space, being clean, local to Lions Head and being comfortable. I was disappointed that many of the closets and pullout bed were locked and unusable. I understand that there is owner space needed to store belongings but there should be more closets available and a pullout sofa as an option to use.

Overall, we loved our stay here. The condo is walking distance to Vail Village and Lionshead and has a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a spacious living area that's great to relax in with your group. Our only complaint was the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

This condo provided the PERFECT family getaway to Vail! You cannot beat the spectacular views and location. Placed right in between Vail Village and Lionshead with a very easy walk to either. The shuttle is also very close if walking isn’t comfortable for you. The condo is on the top floor that provides close up views to the slopes and the mountains. A cozy fireplace, perfect layout for a family, updated and clean will make this condo a great option for your stay in Vail. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful place with our family of five!

The people I talked too were great. But the results were so-so. I had to have some parts of my tuxedo shipped to Vail overnight. I called iTrip for an address. They gave me an address for The Laundry Room. UPS could not find the Address for the Laundry Room and the package never got delivered. Then on our last night, the elevator at the Evergreen Lodge did not work, and would not be fixed until the next day. So we had to use the stairs to go up 7 floors to room 705 to pack our things and move out since we were leaving the next day at 5:30 AM. I have a heart condition, so I really did not need the 7 story walk. Fortunately, the Evergreen Lodge gave us a room on the 1st floor, so the room we paid for on our last night, room number 705, was not used. In summary, the people we talked to were great. But our stay was less than satisfactory.

I’ve stayed in many Vail condos that are available to rent at a reasonable price. My priorities are staying in town within easy walking of the free bus transportation, mountain views, a fireplace, and a hot tub. This condo had it all plus the added convenience of a direct elevator from the seventh floor to the basement floor, which housed the underground parking, hot tub, and exit to the outside walkway. Skiis are easy to retrieve from the lobby floor storage area on the way out to the slopes in the morning. It was also quiet with comfortable sleeping. Definately will plan on staying in unit 705 again. Just a few upgrades and I would have rated this five stars.

Unit in nice location. Furnished on par with other unit we have rented. The showers had very poor temperature control going from cold to scalding in moments. Since we had children this was an issue and why I down checked to three stars. The owner had excessive personal storage compared to other units we had rented. There was no coat closet any pantry space for us. This was more a nuisance issue. There also was some electrical problems in small bedroom with bedside lights. Wall switch and lamp switch did not work and the one working light had to be unplugged to turn off. Also two of the humidifiers did not work. Again minor issues but why this is three star not four or five.

The condominium was nice enough: clean, functional, the kitchen was updated, the blinds on the windows all worked, the heater warmed the place nicely. However, after a long day of skiing in freezing cold weather we like to take a warm shower and the shower water temperature at the condo. would fluctuate between scalding hot to freezing cold. This temperature extreme was only bad in one bathroom; the other bathroom it only fluctuated between hot and cool - but did not burn you. We started to dread taking showers and my 12 year old daughter refused all together after the first night. This needs to be fixed.

First of all, the staff is very responsive. The first night we did not sleep well and a foam topper showed up immediately. That made the rest of the stay very comfortable This is a convenient location with a nice walk along Gore creek. The accommodations are adequate, but the unit needs a little “facelift”—a bit tired and worn. Because we were attending the Jazz Festival we were gone for hours every day, so that did not really matter. For the price I can’t complain!

The location is perfect which is what everyone says is important. But, lack of air conditioning means the windows have to be opened and then because its near the highway you hear the trucks roaring by all nite long. Furniture has sunk from comfy well used to needing replacements, I.e couches. Also dust being missed. Lightbulbs dead in both bathrooms.

This condo is very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals every day. The location is fantastic, especially for people needing to get to the Steadman Clinic. (It's walking distance, even on crutches.) iTrip was very responsive, and overall, we had a great stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, two- bedroom condo at Evergreen Lodge. The location was terrific; we were in Vail for a wedding, and we could easily walk to the Vail Interfaith Chapel as well as to Gondola One or to the shops. The kitchen was well-appointed and the fireplace and mountain views made for a cozy stay. The closets were large as well as the two bathrooms. The staff at Evergreen Lodge was very helpful. The hot tub was great too! The underground parking was convenient, and my husband was happy to use the on-sight parking.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo unit. The condo is a top floor corner unit with amazing views of the mountain. The unit is spacious and clean. A perfect place for our family vacation. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Lionshead and Vail village. It is a short walk to lionshead village and right at the free vail in-town bus. You can also walk very easily to Vail Village. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Place to Stay in the Heart of Vail

The central location of this condo makes it only a 10 minute walk to both Vail Village and Lionshead. The condo was extremely clean, very roomy, and was everything as advertised. The parking spot below the building was also a huge plus. At first we were nervous about the lack of A/C, but with the mountain air, we never felt like we needed it. Would definitely book again on my next trip to Vail!

The best part about our stay at Evergreen Lodge was the location and value. Spacious, clean, nice views, huge pool - fun summertime trip for our family of 4. We could easily ride our bikes to Vail Village, Lionshead, Ford Gardens, etc. We didn't have to use our car for the entire stay! Maureen from iTrip was absolutely wonderful to work with regarding the trip details and check-in/ check-out times.

We enjoyed our stay in Evergreen Lodge # 705. It was perfect for our family and very convenient to all of the sites, restaurants and activities in Vail and surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed the large living area with the mountain views. Freshly made coffee served in the lobby every morning was an added bonus. Access to the private laundry came in very handy. The bar in the lobby was fun and provided great music and any kind of drink you could want. The Indian restaurant was EXCELLENT!!! The only advice I have is the unit needs a little updating. Maybe new carpet, new coat of paint and new plumbing in both bathtubs. But we would stay here again!

Great all around location

Good central location between Vail and Lionshead. Easy access to the bus route that runs every few minutes. Nice views, clean condo, and perfect for a family of four. The amenities of the location were also good (heated pool in the spring time, indoor hot tub, and fitness area). The Altitude bar in the building is also good with fun games for kids (pinball, pool, foosball, and table tennis). Everyone was very friendly and helpful as well.

We loved our stay at Evergreen Lodge. Very comfortable and clean. Simple walk to Vail Village. If you have someone who doesn't walk well, the busses run every 10 minutes. Loved going during the off season as the weather was lovely. Would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed in Evergreen Lodge, unit 705 on our summer vacation. It was a terrific location, walking distance to both Vail and Lions Head villages. The condo itself is very nice and comfortable. The bedrooms are separated so could work well for 2 families. Gorgeous views of the mountains from all rooms and the balcony. Perfect for relaxing after the kids were asleep. We recommend it for your Vail vacation.

Roomy, good location, needs updating

Loved having two bedrooms since we have three kids! And being located between Vail and Lionshead was perfect for us. The carpet and furniture could use some updating, but the kitchen was newer and we appreciated being able to eat in for a few meals.

My family and I stayed in this condo for a number of night surrounding Presidents Day weekend. The place is clean, very spacious and well equipped with everything you will need in the kitchen! The view is beautiful-- a great view of the mountains and town. Underground parking was really nice to have too! We walked to Lionshead to ski each day, it's a short 3-5 min walk. If a shuttle bus was pulling up, we'd hop on that, otherwise the walk was a cinch. Having the bar/restaurant downstairs was a nice bonus! You can't take skis or snowboards up to your room. So they have a "coat check". For your gear. It's so nice not to have to lug all that gear- the guys checking your stuff in and out are really nice and super fast. We never waited more than 20 seconds to get our gear. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone.

The corner condo at the Evergreen was a perfect location for our annual family ski trip. There was plenty of room to spread out for the four of us. The space is very nice and cozy, we used the fireplace often to ward off the chill after our ski days. The location is excellent, we walked to the Eagle Bahn in ski boots with ease and could take a 10 minute walk or grab the free shuttle to the main Vail shopping area and lifts. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, including Anapurna in the hotel lobby - great Indian food! We would definitely return.
