- BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE UNLESS APPROVED BY MANAGER.

- AFTER BOOKING, TENANT MUST FORMALLY SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT AND RETURN TO PROPERTY MANAGER AT MINIMUM 7 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN (OTHERWISE NO PARKING PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED BY ARUBA'S OFFICE).

- ONLY 2 PARKING SPACES PERMITTED TO PARK AND NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES WITH ADVERTISING OR SIGNAGE ALLOWED. MOTORCYLES ARE PERMITTED.

- Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. No exceptions!!

- No smoking

- No pets allowed.

- No motorcycles or trailers allowed.

- No check-ins on Sunday in June or July.

- No early check-in or late check-out

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- Photo ID required upon check-in

***Please note, HURRICANE UDATE AS OF 4/26/23: Resort pool, spa and beach access are currently closed. The closest beach access for pedestrians is just a 5 minute walk or less and is only 3 buildings north at the Sunglow Pier. The Aruba building has some after effects caused by Hurricane Ian and Tropical Storm Nicole that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storm. The condo unit is currently available based on it being in a rentable condition. We are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our condo!! Please inquire if you have any further questions about the building amenities. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable.***

Shopping is one mile down the beach, the DB airport and Daytona Race Track are 15 minutes away, and Disney World is 75 minutes by car. This is a perfect location for an unbelievable visit to the world's most famous beach.
