Very nice condo unit close to parking, ski lockers, and pool/hot tubs. Great value. Good shuttle service to base areas and village. Minor maintenance issues upon check-in: multiple burnt out bulbs, broken handles on sliding glass door most of which were fixed quickly upon reporting. We would stay her again.

I was very pleased with all aspects of the rental, and hope that we can arrive at an agreement where we can rent it again for January 2019.

Simba Run is a Great Vacation Spot close to everything! Transportation and Drivers are second to none. 1102 is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. We were welcomed by staff the minute we arrived to show us around. Cozy living room with working fireplace. Some minor issues with the bathroom and kitchen plumbing and the crew was there right away taking care of the issues; very attentive to our needs. I recommend Simba Run in Vail.

Itrip people were great help and easy to work with. The actual unit had everything we needed and we were only there at night. However, do not stay here if you don't have a car. You cannot walk to town (we did walk back 1 time) and there are no food places nearby to walk to. Fine if you have a car or the shuttle service the condo offers is running during season.

Hi Rachel, thank you for your review and sharing your experience. There is a pedestrian overpass that will take you to Lionshead, I'm very sorry you weren't aware of this. The free in-town bus stop is directly behind the building and runs all year long with stops near the grocery stores and local restaurants. We hope to welcome you again in the future and would be more than happy to clarify this information during your stay.

Our stay at simba run was simple, easy, and affordable. This is a first floor unit with easy access to the garage. We travelled with an infant, and they accommodated us with a pack and play for our little man, but we would love to travel back with additional friends or when our kids are older to enjoy the pool and amenities. It's a cozy unit where I can envision families bonding and creating nice memories together.

Our stay in Vail was wonderful! The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The entire complex was very secure. The front desk was staffed around the clock. The gentlemen there were very helpful regarding info about the area. I would definitly stay there again. My only recommendation to the owners would be to provide several chairs for the patio and maybe a small grill. Thank you for a great stay!

We would definitely stay here again. The condo is a good size and Clean. The large indoor heated pool and 2 hot tubs were enjoyed by all. It is very accessible to Vail, (Just across the highway) with a shuttle that ran every 15 minutes and they would even come pick you up in Vail if you called them. It is located right on the Walking trail, just a 10 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge to Lionshead. Only downside, the Vertical blinds in the living area had a number of "slats" missing and are in need of a bit of repair/replacement. There is no ski locker but that's not a problem. There is plenty of room in the condo.

Simba 1102 is a bit funky in it's decor, but by far is one of the most convenient units we have ever stayed in. The first floor location was incredibly well situated: just steps from the front door, steps to the garage and shuttle service, just steps to the hot tub and pool, and so close to the Starbucks coffee maker it felt like an extension of the unit. This unit appears to be remodeled with a reclaimed supply of wood cabinetry from another house, which results in odd cabinet sizes and placements. ie. You quickly realize the bedroom dressers & end tables were once kitchen cabinets which in odd drawers & doors and most have unfinished end panels. Once you get past the funky interiors, it was reasonably comfortable and serviceable for a family. But the location is still the best part.

The condo was clean, big, comfortable and nice. Those are definitely the most important things. The kitchen was modern except a missing cabinet door and it was not stocked very well. I had been warned about the dishes and utensils, but I just needed one good knife to cut an onion. The TVs/cable were ok. The bathrooms were great with plenty of space. The bedrooms were also good size with nice decor. There were a few smaller items that could have been better. The unit comes with a parking spot but someone else had taken it because the sign with the unit # was covered with the word "guest." The unit is advertised to come with a ski locker. There is NOT a ski locker and the front desk wasn't much help on that. At least they didn't mind when we brought our skis to the room although several posted signs said not to. Finally the bus. It needs to run more often/quicker. We were waiting for almost 30 minutes one day immediately after skiing for a day. A bus from another condo came three times before ours came. All and all a good place, but I did expect more for the money.

Steve was great and the location is amazing! I almost don't want to write such awesome stuff as once the word gets out it will be booked all the time but honestly, we loved it! Everything we needed was in kitchen and everything is super close! If you're going to vail this place is a best kept secret! All the amenities and just worry free! Would recommend and would love to stay again and again! whatever your reason for going to Vail this is the place to stay!
