This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, south facing condo is conveniently located on the first floor, near the front desk, indoor pool and hot tub. It features a wood burning fireplace, 32" flat screen TV/DVD, fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances, bar seating for 3, dining table that seats 6 and contains a full size washer & dryer in the unit. This unit also includes a deck off the main area that leads to wonderful green space, perfect for kids to play in the summer or winter.
The master bedroom with mountain views comes with king bed, 32” flat screen TV and en suite bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 also has access to the deck and is furnished with a queen bed. Bedroom 2 is located across from a full guest bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.
Enjoy all the amenities that Simba Run has to offer. Starbucks Coffee is offered in the lobby area, private shuttles to slopes during ski season, Vail's largest indoor heated pool, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, fitness, steam and sauna rooms. Three outdoor tennis courts (summer), large outdoor patio with grills (summer), WiFi and garage parking for one vehicle. Located behind building 2 is a free town of Vail bus stop for your convenience.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.
SIMBA RUN RULES AND REGULATIONS
This unit is being rented through VAIL VACATION PROPERTIES, LLC, agent of the individual owner and not the Simba Resort. As a rental guest of owner, Simba Run Resort Services are available to you such as Front Desk and Lobby Amenities (Starbucks coffee, cups/lids and DVD rentals; use of computer and supplies; pool towels; and distribution of unit keys). ALL GUESTS ARE TO CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK TO PICK UP THEIR UNIT KEYS. NO KEYS WILL BE PROVIDED WITHOUT A GUEST PROVIDING A CREDIT CARD IMPRINT TO THE FRONT DESK.
Guests are to direct all housekeeping and maintenance requests (e.g. clogged toilets) directly to VAIL VACATION PROPERTIES, LLC 970-390-5390 unless there is an emergency such as water leakage into the unit. No additional silverware, furniture, light bulbs or bed linens will be provided by SRM. In the case of emergencies, call 970-376-0979. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.
Pets are not allowed.
Maximum number of guests allowed in each condo is six persons.
Firewood – SRM will deliver one bundle of firewood per day at no cost. Any additional daily bundles requested will be charged at $5 per bundle.
Please make sure to get a parking pass at the front desk upon your arrival to hang in your car. Failure to do so will lead to the vehicle being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation and is included in the $16 resort fee. Any additional vehicles are $15 per night/per car in the underground parking structure, based upon availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Hi Rachel, thank you for your review and sharing your experience. There is a pedestrian overpass that will take you to Lionshead, I'm very sorry you weren't aware of this. The free in-town bus stop is directly behind the building and runs all year long with stops near the grocery stores and local restaurants.
