This home was the perfect size for our group of 2 families/friends to catch up! The kids loved their bunk beds and the tv's in their rooms. The hot tub was spacious and private. The balconies offered great views of the mountains and were perfect for sipping morning coffee and winding down in the evening. We contacted management once during our stay and they were super quick to respond and follow up. We enjoyed being walking distance to the bus stop and close to a variety of parks and Vail Village. Loved the exercise we got going up and down the stairs. The Living Room was spacious and also had great views. The house was big enough we could all retreat to our own space after completing a hike or hanging out in the Village all day. The stove worked great for cooking breakfast every morning and the fridge kept our beverages so cold. The beds slept great and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. It was quiet while we slept and we really felt like we were at home. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed for a week in July 2017, property was perfect for us, we had a party of 10, lots of room for everyone and house was very clean and had everything we needed in it plus it had awesome views. Really enjoyed the streamed shower. House is close to Vail Village and all the excursions we did, loved the white water rafting with Sage. Would definitely stay here again.

We have a late spring break & chose to try some spring skiing in Vail. This 5 bedroom home has two separate living spaces for adults and kids. Great location! The view is gorgeous! Great bunk room for kids! Plenty of bathrooms & the bonus was coming off the mountain & using the hot tub off the lower level...

Have visited Vail several times in the past, but with the growing size of the family, decided to rent a home this time. The kids and grand kids all loved the house. It had plenty of room for everybody, and the location had easy access to Lionshead and Vail village. Nice views from the different decks, and an amazing hot tub. Only word of caution is that it is basically a 3 level home with plenty of stairs to navigate. I can't say enough good things about the managing company. The couple of very minor issues we had were taken care off very quickly.

The property was located on a hill overlooking the mountains at one end of Vail. It is large multi floor house with space to easily support 10 or more people. There are hotels, restaurants, and a safe way directly across the highway from the house, 2 miles one way. The Vail Village is 2 miles up the frontage road that you can drive or walk along the Gore River. The house was clean, kitchen had plenty of utensils and service. There is a variety of bedrooms and living space including a very nice hot tube. The house was clean and ready for use.

Our week long stay in this house was exceptionally enjoyable! With stunning views of Vail valley from the elevated deck to the fine luxury of the house, this property worked very well for our family vacation/wedding celebration in Vail. The house layout promotes privacy with bedrooms on several different levels, but, this also means there are quite a few stairs to climb. Definitely not handicapped/disabled friendly. However for us it worked great as two of our children had infants with them. The house was very quiet, especially the sumptuously appointed master suite with the awesome oversized jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Large closets throughout provided plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. The oversized hot tub was perfect for working out sore muscles after long hikes in the mountains. Great destination, great rental property, great time in Vail! Only one caution: Parking is limited because of a local ordinance prohibiting street parking, so, take that into account if your group will have a number of cars.

My family and I had a great week . The house has breath taken mountain views from almost every room . It is well appointed and located 5 minutes from the Cascade lodge . We found it very easy to drive down to Cascade and park in the parking structure to get on the lift right across the street . I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and the management , they were a joy to work with . I recommend this property is a great place to stay .

We spent a wonderful week in Vail for the wedding of our daughter. The house was great with plenty of room and privacy when needed. We're very accustomed to renting thru online sites and agencies and sometimes you're a little let down. This property was very much the opposite and as testimony, after being in the house 5 minutes, my 2 daughters said, "Dad, you did good!" Very well appointed, very comfortable beds, and convenient location to Vail, Beaver Creek and shopping. Vail Properties was great to work with throughout the process. Upon arrival we noticed the hot tub was a little low and there was no iron. Both issues were resolved within a few hours. I definitely recommend the property and the agency!
