This charming and well maintained home is located in the desirable East Vail neighborhood. With close proximity to the Town of Vail bus stop, you will enjoy the comfort and ease of this single family home.
Upon entering the large foyer, you’ll find plenty of space to store your gear. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 6 guests, and laundry that includes a 3/4 bathroom are all located on one side of the home. Venture toward the entrance of the home to enjoy the master bedroom with queen bed, 27” TV, glass french doors for private access to the deck and hot tub and an extra large en suite bath. The master bath features a walk in steam shower, deep soak tub and private vanity seating area with access to an oversized walk in closet. Also located on this level is the living room, office area and deck access to the hot tub. Take 2 steps up to the elevated living room with 47” flat screen TV and DVD player and plenty of seating on the plush leather sofa. The living room leads to a bright office area which leads to the hot tub.
Upstairs from the living room, enjoy the overlooking loft area with a game table and extra sleeping space on the futon. Bedroom 2 with queen bed and bedroom 3 with two twin beds are located on this top level. The bedrooms each have vaulted ceilings and share a common bath located between the rooms.
Bedroom 4 is furnished with a queen and two twin beds. It features a vanity separate from the private shower area. This room is located upstairs and is accessed from the garage. This is the perfect space for the guest who seeks a little more privacy away from the main living area.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.
