My husband and I spent a few September days at this home on the banks of the Nestucca River. It is a very quiet neighborhood and close to Pacific City center as well as to Cape Kiwanda and Bob Straub State Park. The house is clean and well-maintained and had everything we needed. The kitchen has nearly everything one would need for cooking, except I don't think there were baking pans.

What a great unit this is. Location is five stars, the unit is five stars, the beds are comfy, super clean, great kitchen, amazing views. It can't be beat. Loved our time here. Really hope to be back again next year.

We had a group of friends and young children stay at this property and everything was amazing! Great location, lots of room, plenty of kitchen items, and lots and lots more. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has lots of room and plenty of supplies such as towels. The views of LA from the two back porches are amazing. Very good location for many attractions. Surprisingly quiet for a city house.

The unit was perfect for us: ground floor right on the beach, far enough from street to be quiet at night, clean and well-provisioned, comfortable. ITrip sent us an incorrect beach access code but otherwise no issues. We have stayed at Mariner East for several years now (first time in this unit); in out 30+ years of vacationing in PCB, this is by far our favorite location.
