Property was as advertised, neat and clean upon arrival. No issues and a fantastic location, can easily walk to all historic downtown areas. Perfect for a small family, has all you need to enjoy a trip to St. Augustine! Took advantage of several of the Itrip free admission perks to local attractions.

The condo was perfect. It has an amazing view of the ocean that was so relaxing/peaceful to experience every day! The condo was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The best part besides the view was the short time it took to walk out to the beach. Amazing experience!

We had a great stay for a wedding in Evergreen. It was about 15 minutes to Evergreen Lakehouse. The road up to the house is narrow and steep, but it was fine in the Summer months. We enjoyed the hot tub! The shower for the master room is difficult! Hard to keep on good temperature.

An Amazing Trip!

Stayed at The Firehouse and it was perfect for two families with young children under 5. The house had everything we needed for our stay, was pet friendly so the dog could be with us, and convenient to downtown Annapolis. Will definitely be coming back! The iTrips team were very communicative, helpful and responsive. Will absolutely be working with them on our future vacations!

We absolutely loved this place! The location is fantastic and the pool is huge and wonderful. Beautiful decorations in the condo. The patio is also great. We will definitely return for a girls trip in the future.
