Awesome summer stay

We had an epic family get together at this wonderful house. The location was perfect for us to enjoy lots of river time (easy access) and be centrally located to all of the rest of Bend’s awesomeness. Great layout, huge kitchen, huge doors to keep open all day long and hang out on the large deck areas. Central A/C to help sleep after we closed up for the night. We didn’t want to leave!

Dolphin watch has the most amazing location with a private walkway to the beach. It was perfect for 3 families (11 guests total, 6 adults and 5 children) the house is mostly well maintained and better than the pictures. The person assigned to us from itrip was extremely responsive and helpful. The only issue was the dishwasher wasn’t working.

Me and my daughter stayed a weekend, and we shocked by the amazing hospitality Royal Palm had to offer! We certainly would’ve been a little lost had it not been for the magazine that told us of all the beaches open. Overall a great time, and memorable get away.

Great condo. We didn’t do a lot of cooking in the condo but the kitchen was spacious and fridge was really big so that was great! The rooms were nice and cozy and I loved the black out curtains in each room for sleeping in. We had 8 people and we were comfortable. The condo was clean and we will definitely be back. It was so much fun! Thank you!

This condo is in a great location with Publix next door and the beach across the street. There are several restaurants in walking distance which was great because we didn't have a car. The unit is spacious and clean and there was plenty of room for our family. The intracoastal around the pool is really nice and we even saw dolphins.
